Appeal already off to a bad start for ethan? 9th circuit court itself flagged an issue

The Ninth Circuit is citing Galaza v. Wolf, where it said you generally can’t create an appeal just by losing part of a case and then having the rest dismissed without prejudice. Because TED’s case followed a similar path, the court is asking whether TED actually has a final judgment it can appeal.

I feel like Sixth Spence might be operating in bad faith. They literally talk about Gabbie Hanna in the video about Jen Dent ans somehow when Adam is mentioned in the video they seem to hold contempt towards Adam in my opinion. I hope to be proven wrong but its weird this drama is still being dragged on cause why now is this being rehashed
