Brownies with masala chai chocolate
I wanted brownies with a little autumn flavor. I chopped the bar in and they really added warmth to the cocoa.

I paired a couple with Assam milk tea, so delicious!
They were so good. I ran out of chocolate chips and ended up chopping a milk chocolate coffee bar into the dough as well. Doing that made the chocolate flavor deepen and it added a nice contrast to the semi sweet chips.
I have been on a fried dough kick and thought I would give chalupas a try! They are not fried pitas! Lmao
My best high-hydration focaccia yet, olive Parmesan bread cloud ☁️ Crispy bottom, airy crumb, golden top, and I’m very proud of her.
