Got em!
Pleasantly surprised at the ticket price. I was anticipating $300+

This guy has been hanging around my house for a week or so. He's tagged, and he's super chill. I could probably pick him up if I wanted to. My cat has already attempted to pick him up. He's a large fella. Maybe 50% bigger than your average urban flying rat. More like a small chicken. The tag is just a blank, red-orange band. I checked with the local pigeon racing club, but it doesn't belong to any of their members, and they said the band isn't a racing-style band.
To all the mechanics out there…
Have you actually had anyone come into your shop with a gas tank that someone has been drilled into for the purpose of stealing gas?
I have seen a lot of articles and links about this practice being on the rise. It feels like bs to me. Or at least a very fringe event. Gas itself isnt worth stealing to resell like a cat. So the person doing it would need to have a vehicle, a portable drill, and be stupid enough to commit a crime for a very small payoff.
Not saying it never happens, but is it really big problem or is this just the news whipping us up again.
*sounds like the consensus is that its a pretty widespread issue.
Need some advice on dealing with humid approaches. I live in the south and its starting to get real sticky. I replaced my slide yesterday thinking mine was just wearing out, but it was still very tacky.
I was using an 8, so i might try a 10 or 12, but any advice for this would be helpful. It’s really affecting my approach.
This is a great idea for a show.
Frank and charlie could run the service center. We could do a Matilda thing with danny gluing on fenders.
Dennis could find a new implication angle on test drives. And we could bring back honey and vinegar.
Dee is just out front dancing.
