just started working, making around 7LPA, and i refuse to take a massive loan just to look cool in a parking lot

I looked at the numbers K10 CNG has minimal EMI or outright purchase, insurance is cheap, maruti service literally everywhere and for someone commuting in a city it just makes sense

but every time i bring it up my friends lose their minds. apparently i'm supposed to stretch my budget for a "society appropriate" car

seriously asking though am i missing something? is there actually a better car at this price point for a first-time buyer or is this just people being weird about badge value
