How to convince surgeon to give bilateral surgery [20M]

How can I convince my surgeon to let me go through bilateral surgery? I'm seeing a nurse practitioner on Friday which is also the day I turn 20. I feel as though I have both nTOS and vTOS, although my vTOS symptoms started surfacing this spring with eyeball pressure, cold hands, and dizziness whenever I rotate my neck on both sides. I've otherwise had nTOS symptoms since 2023 due to trash posture from excessive gaming throughout my youth. I live with my dad, aunt, and younger sister who can support me while I recover. I want the bilateral surgery since my symptoms are even on both sides, making me want to get rid of them ASAP instead of doing fk all for another three months while recovering. I want to be able to game again without my hands and arms feeling awful.

Edit: Already got a cervical MRI which ruled negative for any issues!

Are we ever gonna go in depth about him, or is he just a generic pompous French pos?

I don’t need a muh tragic backstory or anything, but I would appreciate some issues showing his origins and how he rose to power. He’s an interesting character, yet he has no mainstream universe counterpart so I’d like learn more about him.
