hate hoodie sizing

hello! i’ve seen a lot of people concerned about the sizing for the hate hoodie/perverts hoodies so i thought i’d show you what it looks like on. for reference i am 5’5, a uk size 4-6 (xxs-xs) and i have the hate hoodie in an XS. (ignore how dirty my mirror is lol. )

the hoodies run pretty large i would say but they fit amazingly! the elasticated waistband helps a lot too. if anyone has any questions about the hoodie please comment and i’ll be happy to answer! the sizing is the same for all the perverts hoodies (and the second version of the kudzu hoodies if you’re in the usa)!

hi! does anyone have any recommendations for places in scotland or the uk in general that are reminiscent of twin peaks?? i’ll probably never get over to the usa to visit the actual filming locations so if anyone has suggestions for here that would be the next best thing lol

dust bowl demo

dust bowl demo is so much more devastating than the album version and that is a hill i’m willing to die on. the sound perfectly captures the oppressive nature of a dust bowl and the pure despair and desolation that the song conveys. the lyrics “you’d be a writer / if he didn’t leave all his hell for you / saying if you could you’d leave it all” for example showcase the pure despondency, and the lower, flatter voice they are sung in just add to it. anyone else feel the same way?

best day ever - halifax yesterday

hi! i am generally sensitive to sound especially loud noises, repeating noises (like beeping, tapping, dripping etc) and lots of talking/laughing. however, i love to listen to loud music with massive ‘beat’ drops. for example, ‘ptolomaea’* by ethel cain is one of my FAVOURITE songs and i love the huuuuge scream in the middle - it gives me chills every time. i also really like ‘family tree’ and ‘unpunishable’ by her for the same reason! it’s interesting/confusing to me because i usually can’t abide so much noise but i really enjoy listening to these kinds of songs and it sends tingles up and down my spine.

does anyone else sensory seek this way? if so, what are your favourite songs to do so with?

* just thought i’d add a content warning for this song (and the album ‘preachers daughter’ in general) as it does deal with sensitive themes like >!murder, violence, cannibalism, sexual violence!<

any opinions on the trainspotting musical coming out in july? personally i dont see the need for a musical and idk how they’re going to pull it off/give it the same effect as the book/film but it will be interesting to see how it plays out.
