Emails on VPS hosting

I've been using reseller hosting for over a decade and would like to get a VPS, but I've read that email delivery is usually a problem. With reseller, I have no email issues. Do I understand this correctly, or am I missing something?

zenlist - focus based todolist

I've been using windows sticky notes for year and always wanted something thats a bit more appealing on the eye yet simple in its interface so I decided to make one.

The idea was to limit myself to just 5 tasks per session / day from my massive todo list. This help prioritize what really matter and helps me keep focus.

Its free to download on Github (zenlist), hoping it can be useful to other too and i'd appreciate your feedback

Why Is It Illegal for Neighbourhood Watches to Share Photos of Suspects?

As someone who volunteers as a neighbourhood watch patroller, we often catch thieves involved in crimes such as copper theft, gate motor theft, and break-ins. As we all know, many of those who are caught and handed over to the police are back operating in the same area or a neighbouring area within a week.

Being able to share an offender's photo on a WhatsApp group would be useful, but doing so is generally illegal. This can be frustrating because if another patroller sees the same person a few days later and recognises them from a previously shared photo, they could be more alert and monitor their activities more closely.

Why is it so difficult to legally share such photos, while a YouTuber, journalist, or reporter can take your photo and publish it online? Similarly, why can images be indexed by search engines and even reverse-searched on Google, yet neighbourhood watch members cannot share photos of suspects who were allegedly caught red-handed?

Penalise workers for mistakes

I manage a small team of six people in a custom fabrication (print and signage) industry and we often work under tight deadlines and there are often mistakes that cost the business money. Sometimes it's small amounts and occasionally bigger amounts. I haven't yet implemented any serious implications like having to pay for the waste or a warning system other than discussing the mistake and how to ensure that it doesn't happen again.

I don't have any formal training in management so I'd like everyone's advice on how to move forward with the end result of us having less errors, staff being more vigilant but also having all the appropriate measures in place.

Example of some of the mistakes are:

- invoice not prepared when client collects

- job card not handed over to the appropriate person

- sale not logged

- print got damaged due to negligence

- client not happy, artwork wasn't sent for approval

- deposit not taken before job started

- no follow up with clients

- job not completed on deadline

Since I manage the business and also work in the business in every department and get so engrossed so many of these shortcomings get missed and I cannot deal with them immediately

I already feel bad about not managing it correctly so I would also appreciate advice in improving my overall management skills

CPU getting hot only when PC idles

My CPU maintains a temperature of about 40 degrees on average with light work but when I step away from the PC and leave it idle, 5 minutes later the CPU fans spinning loudly and the CPU temp jumps to 70%. the moment I move the mouse the fans slows down and the temperature starts to drop back down to 40%.

I closed almost everything that's running that's not Microsoft and also disabled search indexing but hasn't helped

I've always used gravity product addon for products that have variable sizes, quantities and other features and it's very helpful where I can use the same gravity form for various products however there are drawbacks like Google shopping not picking up the correct data, the need for additional plug-ins like gravity forms and some others.. Anyone else have similar experience and found a better and easier way of managing your custom products using WooCommerce alone?
