Best place to buy quality running shoes for most reasonable price

Hi, just wondering what is everyone’s choice of place to buy decent quality running shoes ? I know good quality is not cheap, so that’s not necessarily what I’m asking, but a reasonable price would be preferred if I can find it. I’m looking for a place that sells quality running shoes with good arch support.

Thank you in advanced.

I fully believe my soul dog sent me my puppy, and that part of his soul is within him.

I lost my soul dog in November 2025, unexpectedly. He was my service dog, only 4 years old, and the bond I had with him was nothing I can explain.

I miss him all of the time.

I got a puppy “very soon” after, because I felt like if I didn’t, I would get too deep in my grief that I would talk myself out of it, and be left without a dog to train to fill my boys role in my life as my service dog (not replace who he was).

My current puppy was born 4 days after my boy passed away.

When I went to view the puppies, I had an immediate connection to him, and it was noticeable by my friend who went with me how different the interaction between him and I were vs his siblings.

I felt drawn to him, even as such a baby it felt like I was spiritually connected with him in a way. His energy was familiar to me.

While he is very much his own personality, he has a lot of the same mannerisms (yes they’re the same breed, but in a very specific context), that I just… was not expecting to present in the same exact way.

I truly believe it’s a sign he “came back to me”, in a way, by sending me a dog that could bring me comfort with the same mannerisms and make me feel like I didn’t fully lose that.

I also have what I believe to be visitation dreams from him. Last night I had one and I knew it was a dream, when I thanked him for sending me my current dog I woke up, and have been feeling emotional since.

While it doesn’t make the grief and loss any easier, it does bring me some comfort to feel like I didn’t lose ALL of him… and that I get to experience loving my puppy for who he is, as well as the things about him that make me feel I didn’t lose my connection with my soul dog. ❤️‍🩹❤️

I feel like my life is going on and I’m just acting to play a part in it

I am a rambler but I don’t want this to drag on forever to read..
I lose my soul dog who was my service dog in November. I have a puppy now, not to replace him as that cannot be done. He’s a good puppy and I love him, he even has similar mannerisms that bring me comfort and remind me of my boy I lost,
His training is also going fairly well for his age.

But… I cry every night. Sometimes multiple times a day. I used to keep my house clean for the most part, I struggled with some executive dysfunction but most of the time I kept up with things.

The last 6 months have been a battle and it feels like it’s just getting harder not easier.

Some tasks I can keep up with for the most part . But the DISHES. I feel like I have a mental block. I can’t describe it, they disgust me and I want to get them done but I just can’t bring myself to do it.

I’m exhausted all of the time. I’m getting mostly everything else done that needs to be done, but I feel like sh*t. I’m exhausted, and it’s hard feeling incompetent and lazy I just want my house to feel nice like it was but instead I feel I cannot keep up. Like I’m drowning in it.

Anyway, I’m buying paper plates and plastic cutlery next month to see if getting a break helps..,

Editing my post to add • I do have a therapist I talk to regularly, I have a wonderful support team of friends and family that let me talk about him as much as I want ❤️ I write about him in my instagram / fb posts almost daily.

I am making sure all my puppy’s needs are met ❤️

I feel like I’m processing my grief as much as I can, and it’s difficult because I know most people feel I should be doing better by now. Even I myself do, and I feel just lost in the fact that I am not.

I feel like my soul dog has come back to me, but I’m somewhat skeptical

[Long post] I’m not really sure where to start here…
I’ve always been a little bit sensitive, but I’ve purposefully kind of turned it off. It scared me when it comes to connecting with people / spirits.
I do feel energy of people and animals, i think quite a lot.

6 months ago on November 13th I had to say goodbye to my service dog, who was only 4.5 years old. I have never in my life bonded to another being the way I did to him. I am still absolutely heartbroken, and I miss him every day.
He seemed okay, until he did not. He was sick for about a month and a half, I did everything I could and thought he might get better, and ultimately he did not.

Despair is the only term I can truly think of to describe what this loss made me feel.

Shortly after he passed, I grappled with myself about getting a puppy. Not to replace him. As, I did not and do not believe that to be possible… but to train to be my service dog as his successor…

Ultimately I ended up searching for the same breed/colour/gender. Some may not understand that choice, and I can’t say I fully do either, I just knew our journey was cut short.

In January I met with a litter of puppies. I almost didn’t, I ghosted the people and only followed up and went through with meeting them because they reached out to me again.
There was one puppy I felt a very distinct, tangible connection to, the others were nothing like that.

It felt like I was reunited with my boy, in a partial way.

I brought him home and on day one I started noticing very similar mannerisms. Yes, they are the same breed so some are to be expected, but I am talking distinctive things that my other older dog of the same breed does not do, and could not have modelled for him.

I truly believe that part of his soul (not all, perhaps, because I feel some is still with me in a spiritual way) sent me this puppy, and came back to me in this puppy because he knew I was so not ready for him to go. He knew I was not done loving him, and that I needed him. I feel he wasn’t ready to go either but he knew it was his time.

I’m skeptical because I don’t want to just say it is him. I know he is not the same dog, there are indeed differences. But I feel like he is within him.

I am wondering if any of you have experienced this, if you’ve communicated with an animal that has come back in any capacity. 💚
