I’m looking for a really good grape mint shisha flavor. I’m currently using Al Fakher Grape Mint and I like the flavor, but I find that it burns pretty quickly and starts tasting harsh.
What grape mint brands/flavors would you recommend that have a strong, long-lasting taste and handle heat better?

I’m a student from the Netherlands and have saved around €35,000, which I’d like to invest. I’m considering buying a small apartment (max. ±30 m²) near the Dutch border through a Zwangsversteigerung (foreclosure auction).
I speak some German, but not well enough to confidently deal with legal and technical documents. I’ve seen apartments with estimated values around €30–35k, but it’s difficult to find clear information about the risks and process.
Is it possible to get professional assistance with the entire purchase/auction process as a foreign buyer? And can you normally view the apartment or arrange a technical inspection (Bausachverständiger) before bidding?
I’d also like to know what the main risks and additional costs are, for example unpaid Hausgeld, existing tenants/occupants or other obligations you
might take over.
Would €35k be realistic, and is a Zwangsversteigerung something you would recommend to a first-time buyer?

I’m currently using an Oduman Orion with a Darkside bowl and an Omno HMD. I mostly smoke Al Fakher Grape Mint, but I’m having an issue with the tobacco burning way too quickly. The flavour becomes harsh/bitter pretty fast, even when I try to manage the heat carefully.
I’m thinking about replacing the Darkside bowl with something that works better with Al Fakher.
What bowl would you recommend for Al Fakher, especially Grape Mint, in combination with an HMD?
Preferably something that gives good flavour and smoke without overheating too easily.

Didn't think this through very smartly and tried to clean the dirty parts with a hard scouring pad; now it has caused these scratches. Can this still be fixed?
Op dit moment ben ik aan het verkennen om te investeren in vastgoed in Albanië.
Wat mij vooral aanspreekt is de potentie van het land, mede door de gevorderde toetreding tot de EU. Ik zie ergens parallellen met Kroatië destijds: relatief lage m²-prijzen vóór toetreding, waarna de vastgoedprijzen flink stegen.
Mijn idee:
- Budget rond de €25k–€30k momenteel beschikbaar
- Appartement kopen voor 50 waarbij de rest van het bedrag via een soort betalingsplan verloopt
Waar ik nog over twijfel:
- Hoe betrouwbaar zijn dit soort trajecten in Albanië?
- Zijn er mensen hier met ervaring in vastgoed daar?
- Waar moet je echt op letten (wetgeving, eigendom, risico’s, etc.)?
Ik ben zelf in contact met een partij uit Nederland: Albania Invest. Ziet er op het eerste gezicht betrouwbaar uit, maar ik hoor graag of iemand hier ervaring mee heeft of andere partijen kan aanraden.
