Hi guys, basically what the title says. I’m an anxious person and I like to be overprepared. What kind of questions should I expect, what should I prepare, and also I am a girl and I don’t know what to wear for a job interview (I’m 20 and this would be my first job). I don’t want to be overdressed or look too casual. Any tips are appreciated!

Okay so basically Last week I had discharge so I put on a pad even though I’m not on my period and I realized I was getting similar cramp feelings that I do on my period. I removed the pad and after a few hours all the soreness and cramp sensations subsided. and then I went down a rabbit hole on TikTok and apparently period products can make your cramps a lot worse. also I googled it and the skin around the vulva and the vulva tissue is way more absorbant than your regular skin, which made my feel like this could totally be possible? so then I bought period underwear off of amazon because I saw on tiktok that that’s a better alternative. it’s the INNERSY brand. It got here yesterday and since all my underwear rn is dirty I just wore a pair immediately. Then I noticed I was getting similar cramping again when as I said after stopping the pads the cramps completely subsided. after wearing the period underwear they came back. so I’m literally sitting on a heating pad right now (no longer wearing the period underwear, waiting to see if the cramp sensation will wear off) and I can feel the sensation of the cramps I get on my period??? again my period tracking app says my period starts in 8 days. I’m so confused. I thought period underwear was supposed to be better. I swear I’m not crazy this is the exact sensation of cramp I get on my period ONLY and like I said I’m fully just not on my period. I literally don’t know what to do, i don’t know what a better alternative is and i’m also really confused as to why the period underwear is also giving me the weird cramps. i’m not allergic to anything fyi.

every comment section people say something different so what do yall think? as an 05 I feel like 1997-2009 are gen z, 2010-2011 are in between, (zalpha maybe since zilennials have 95 and 96?) and 2012 onwards are gen alpha. what do we think?

I’m on the hunt a new go to perfume, usually i’m a body mist person, but they last like five seconds 😭 For reference I’m a gourmand girlie and I love vanilla scents, and also rose, almond, lavender, any baked goods in gen, and weirdly enough the smell of cats. Kinda random but if you get it you get it. Cats smells so good 🐈 But to simplify ideally I’d just like to smell like a cupcake. Something higher end preferably and good quality. If any perfume connoisseurs have any good recommendations please let me know! I have very little fragrance knowledge lol
