Trauma induced IBS and how to go about curing it

I am a 24 yr old male from the UK and my IBS started 4 years ago after a rough breakup. I have seen countless health practitioners and probably spent over £5k on it. All that I know of it from lab tests and symptoms is that I have severe dysbiosis, leaky gut and that it has been gradually deteriorating. Probiotics, glutamine, all the gold standard crap my gut likes for a few days then gets resistant to. To this day I am on such strict bland diets and my symptoms are fatigue, very loose stool, severe acne, low libido, intolerances you name it.

As I mentioned my symptoms started late 2022, 1 month after a rough breakup. I didnt handle it well and didnt process my emotions at all - chucked them to the side and tried ignoring how i really felt. No wonder why its manifested into complex health issues. Even after getting over the breakup on a superficial level within months, I guess my body kept score. I think I can diagnose myself with Trauma Induced IBS.

The last year I've tried seeking interventions that can try help the psychosocial aspect of my condition. Tried CBT and psychotherapy. That didn't work at all. Until more recently since December last year I saw a practitioner who specialised in complex health issues. He was specialised in somatic experiencing and neuroaffective touch - basically therapy that is helpful for releasing stuck trauma in the body, which is exactly what I needed. After my 3rd session, I felt big release from my body, massive amount of muscle twitches/spasms and my stools the next week were amazing. Symptoms started to relapse a bit after that but I saw him again for several sessions and got some release again. My symptoms were amazing again for like 3 weeks. However, I relapsed again and when I next went back to him, his therapy couldnt replicate the symptoms for some reason. Here I am today with my old symptoms and very demotivated. That therapy was the closest thing I have felt to remission, but it seems like based off the last 3/4 sessions that its not working anymore. I'm still getting the few old muscle spasms but nothing to show Im getting better.

Do you have any ideas what else I can do? It is clear that I need to fix something in my brain to help with the brain gut miscommunication. I have tried vagus nerve stuff like gut directed hypnotherapy but im seriously stuck or what else to do.

Has anyone done TMS for IBS?

I have tried pretty much everything for my progressive IBS which has left me bed bound. I have been recommended by a colleague to look into TMS(Trans Magnetic Stimulation). Just some quick info, I have trauma induced IBS so its clear there is a huge psychosomatic component and I have tried psychotherapists and various other practitioners and nothing has helped. Worst part is, the TMS will cost £4000 gbp and this would be a massive financial burden for me. The clinician at this TMS practice has said 3/4 patients last year at his clinic came out in remission. I was wondering if anyone else has had it and could please share their experience with it?

Best way to go for lethal when opponent has a blocker?

If my opponenet has 1 life and a blocker active lets say and I have to go for lethal this turn whats the best way to approach it? Lets say they dont have any counter events and a reasonable hand size. Do i make my swing power on my character/leader even until he uses his blocker, then ladder swings?

How do I beat P Enel as Imu?

I feel like Enel is my cryptonite. He just swarms the board with characters so quickly and drains my resources. I am stuck on how to beat him because I never seem close. Any gameplay tips or is it just a direct counter/bad matchup?

Is a op-16 booster box msrp worth getting on pre sale?

I am from the UK and new with one piece TCG. Im loving the card game and I love the art on the cards. I opened 7 packs yesterday and got 5 SRs and 1 SEC which i think is very good. The presale for OP-16 begins on my birthday and my local bandai store is selling them at MSRP (£107). Is it worth buying this booster box? Or should I wait for OP-17? FYI I am also interested at collecting cards if the art is nice but otherwise if I was to pack anything good I'd sell.

How should I start getting into TCG

Hi, im am a new one piece fan who has watched all the live action and loved it and now currently enjoying the anime. I just visited an official OPTCG store local to me with a room where you can play people and it looked great. Im wanting to hop on the bandwagon with OPTCG but im stuck on where to start as there are so many cards, decks, meta, etc. I like the design of cards and dont get me wrong, opening packs is very fun but Im not in a position to spend lots of money on this, to begin with at least. I know vaguely some of the rules to the game and by brief discussions and info ive been recommended to buy a starter pack. What would you recommend in terms of starter packs and anything else? Many thanks

Was your IBS triggered by something psychosocial? If yes, im curious to how it all started. If you are cured, please tell me how. I have been suffering for nearly 4 years and my IBS was caused by a rough breakup and I havent found any relief.
