I just started last week, it was perfect, high pay, short trips. Almost nothing under $2 a miles and numerous orders not far for over $20.
Go from Sunday to refreshed Monday in a new week. Now it’s drastically different. Really far orders for no money. Barely any even equaling $1 a mile.
It feels manipulative

I did a 4 orders pick up at a Walmart. It was all groceries. The guy comes out with 6 giant tubs filled with about 50 groceries. Not a single bag. It was stuff like apples, grapes, jelly, crackers, little bottles of energy drinks, 2 cakes and just stuff. It was 4 separate orders each with all groceries only and random food, he had the barcodes just on the cartons .
No bags. All just loose. Is that normal? I asked for bags, guy rolled his eyes like I was being an asshole for asking. Went, grabbed bags and first thing he did, threw the cakes in sideways ruining them and stood them on the side. Being honest I have no clue if any got the right stuff, or if some got extra bags or anything

Is that normal?

So it started with Void Rivals, then from there Transformers randomly appears then G.I.Joe, Mask, Rom, now Micronauts, Plus Lara Croft was in GI Joe’s original universe this month, so maybe Energon soon,
Plus also in the coming months Toruk Dinosaur Hunter, Solar Man of the Atom and Magnus Robot Fighter.

I love how it kinda just keeps being a surprise. Everytime he introduces new properties it’s often out of nowhere.

I was offered a delivery and it was for a little over $8 and it was kinda far. I just took it to finish my challenge.
It was just to a pizza place.
I get to the pizza place and once I get there the app says “this is a large order so it has to be split between 2 drivers.”
I had no clue what that was. It was only for pizza, breadsticks and soda.
Turns out the last driver took the food but forgot the soda can.
So I literally had to drive 8 miles for a soda can.
Then afterwards. I wasn’t given the $8 and change. I was only given $4.

What bullshit is that? I was offered over double that amount. Why didn’t any single thing even mention it was a partial order when I was looking at the details before accepting it?

I just had a far delivery. I was 8 miles from the restaurant. It was closed and I called and they said I get nothing for it. Since when was this changed?

It was only $2 for a delivery only 2 miles. I did it because of boosting my numbers for a challenge. While driving there I get one of my best deliveries ever. $18 for just a 1.5 mile delivery.

Address for the $2 one was in a government location I can’t even get close to. I tried 3 different ways. But nope can’t get close.
I call and he’s like “ oh that’s not the address, this is”
I’m like ok. So I go there. Give it to him.
Then I can’t complete it since I can’t even get around the area. I keep trying support, the AI won’t help at all. It says if it’s a different address just deliver it and I’d get paid extra. Well none of that happened. After 15 minutes of going in circles and waiting to speak to a live person, they put me on hold to call him, doesn’t answer. So they can’t complete. It gets cancelled, then because of the long waiting times, the great delivery gets cancelled as well.
2 cancellations. Zero money from both. That guy got his food. I feel it was a scam and I’m the one screwed completely.

What garbage

I’m guessing this is new because I used to never be late EVER. Now I am.
I actually posted this in another topic but I was hours late so most missed it,

I had 2 orders yesterday. The 2nd order was supposed to be delivered at 12:31.
I was going fast and no traffic.
I get the first order. Then that time they changed to be delivered at 12:27.
I pick up the second order. Then the delivery time is changed to 12:22.
I drop off the first order.
Then my second order says to be delivered by 12:17.

They literally shortened the delivery time by 14 minutes.

After I noticed that it’s happening to most my deliveries.
One delivery I had this morning said to be delivered by 10:17.
I pick up the food then they changed it to 10:06. I arrive there at 10:03 but the app has the completely wrong building at a large apartment complex. It’s actually about a block away. By the time I find it and deliver it up 4 floors it’s 10:11. So technically I should be 6 minutes early, but NOPE, it’s considered late and they lowered my percentage.

Look at the delivery times. They keep shortening them over and over while driving and doing the deliveries screwing us over

I delivered a larger order that was paying $19. It was a good distance top. I get there and the person doesn’t know the pin. They said the dinner was a gift for them. She was kinda rude also.
So I call customer support. I could barely understand what she was saying, but I said they had no PIN number, I tried calling and messaging and nothing and that I was now late and had another order.
She said the only option was to cancel it on my end. I refused saying I drove over half an hour and they have the food.
So she just canceled. Now I lost my $19, play the gas, now have my on time % lowered and cancelation rate higher. And now someone else will be sent to get an order already eaten.

What garbage

In the Uber app under Help it just keeps saying “Click on Cash-back for Fuel”
I can’t find that anywhere.
Doing google searches it says it’s under the menu option. But it’s still not there. Did they get rid of that whole thing?

Do you need a special card? I’m not sure what you do with this

I had a far delivery to a wrong address. Customer wouldn’t answer. I called support, was told I’d be paid but needed to return the order. It was over 10 miles. They created a new delivery for me and said I’d be paid for it

Well they took both deliveries out of my trip history and all the money I was supposed to get. I driver for 25 miles for literally nothing. I can’t speak to anyone on the subject honestly and customer support keeps transferring me in the chats over and over with zero help, I didn’t even get any free food or anything.
