Tried a new seller for a bag and they asked me for my Reddit username. Bought from many TS on this subreddit before but never received such a request. Is this a new thing/what could be the reason?
Pics with the red sofa behind are the factory images sent. The other one is the PSP I received from the seller. Usually I don’t worry about variations too much because there’s always going to be some slight ones but this one baffled me a bit. It is from Orange Sofa Factory and I’m paying close to 400 USD for it.
The color and material feels so off from the factory photos. I can’t tell if I’m being picky or if my disappointment is reasonable? What do you usually do when a seller sends an unsatisfactory PSP?

Looking to invest in a solid white gold 5 motif guilloche. I see Mr Goldy, MC, Funny, and AC pop up a lot as the top sellers for them. My main concern is the shine, I don’t see a lot of sellers being able to replicate the same level as the auth and I don’t see many reviews for solid white gold (most for YG).
Does anyone know of a seller who sells a marquise cut tennis necklace like this or is able to make one? I’ve tried contacting Starsgem but haven’t received a response
