ASX Health Care is on track for a 4th straight month of declines. Is CSL under $100 the ultimate generational buy?

The ASX 200 health care sector remains under immense structural pressure, trading at levels we haven't seen since mid-2017. CSL lost another 2.5% last week to drop to a painful $98.15, while ResMed and Pro Medicus both slid heavily. Given the defensive nature of large-cap pharma and medical devices during inflationary cycles, why is the local market treating healthcare like toxic waste this quarter? If you have cash on the sidelines, are you systematically accumulating CSL under the $100 psychological floor, or is there a fundamental structural change to their margins that retail is missing?

What happens if your income increases after getting into Help to Buy?

This might be a dumb question, but say your salary jumps a lot a few years later, do people eventually get forced out of the scheme or need to buy back the government share quickly?

They just knocked off the Waratahs 20–17 at Allianz yesterday (May 1). That’s back-to-back clutch wins after they stunned the Crusaders a couple of weeks ago. Is anyone else genuinely surprised by their resilience this year? They aren't the flashiest team, but they seem to stay in the fight longer than the Tahs or Rebels. Can they actually sneak into the Top 8 and cause an upset in the quarter-finals, or are they just benefitting from other teams' inconsistencies?
