19 yrs old, suffering A LOT with a weird type of ‘gerd’- advice needed urgently

For the past 6 years, worser in the most recent, I’ve been suffering with ‘acid reflux’ except PPIs very minimally help. I’m now doubting whether this is even acid? Anyways, I regurgitate EVERYTHING from food to even water, from the first sip to the first bite and then I forcefully swallow it back down. It comes back up again, but eventually goes down. In the morning, particularly when I have to brush my teeth, I ‘spit/puke’ idk what word to use, it comes out without me forcing it to, green hot liquid that burns. I now know this is bile. I found recently that tilting my head to the left side pushes whatever is trying to come up my throat (that burns) down…I’m assuming down my stomach and I can hear it swash down. Issue is, my stomach then feels like it’s on fire. I don’t know what to do. PPIs barely do anything, and they make my stomach feel weird. The only thing that worked was gaviscon advance but even now, the ‘acid’ is starting to burn through the protective layer almost immediately. I don’t want cancer, but what can I do? I only get relief from not eating or drinking all day…but that’s not ideal. Does anyone know any ‘gerd’ friendly liquid meal replacements that taste good because at this point, I’m willing to try. I had a gastroscopy in late 2024, which was normal…not even irritation was mentioned? (they initially gave me someone else’s wristband but replaced it with mine after pointing it out, which makes me wonder if that imaging wasn’t mine…anyways). What do you recommend I do? I do have subclinical hypothyroidism just to note.

I don’t know my trigger foods, even water triggers regurgitation etc. I think definitely wheat though, because today n yesterday I started eating weetabix again and immediately after the ‘gerd’ was 10/10 bad. When I don’t eat it, it’s 6-7/10 bad.

I’m thinking of purchasing ‘throat coat’ and just going on a liquid diet with occasional cheat meals + gaviscon. Would anyone advise against this?

would this be a mark? Edexcel Maths 2026 URGENT

GUYS WOULD I AT LEAST BE ELIGIBLE FOR ONE MARK FOR THIS? Idk what happened on the exam day, probably nerves but I did not finish off this question. But what I DID do is resolve vertically CORRECTLY for R but I had a missing term ‘X’. I also wrote in the FrMax aka ‘F’ as the uR, the common form. I did not put 1/2, again probably nerves but it is INFERRED as it already tells us the coefficient is 1/2 so technically would I get the mark as I put uR. In the second slide, I finish my working off and get the correct answer.

The issue is my diagram is a different approach, so perhaps that confused the examiner?

PLEASE interact even if you can’t help :(

subclinical hypothyroidism?

Hello, (19F)

My TSH increased by 2.04 from Dec 2025 to 5.42 in July now. Now my TSH is outside the normal range (0.5-4.2) and it has been, by general trend, increasing with almost every blood test until now, it reached above the normal range. My lowest was 1.77 in December 2024. Even then, I had the following symptoms: ice cold hands and feet, hair loss, sweating uncontrollably (literally puddles of sweat) , feeling extremely hot yet being extremely cold, brain fog and in all honesty, I can’t remember the rest (poorer memory). The doctor said that it was only slightly elevated, but I was reading the document from my appointment and it stated ‘subclinical hypothyroidism’. Is it serious? Do I have to do anything? I’ve also heard it raises your cholesterol, and my cholesterol was high (upper range 1.7 mine was 2.0, it was even higher last time but I started eating healthier) is that concerning? Any insight would be appreciated, a bit worried.

does this give me the right to special consideration? 😢

I had an exam today, at the private centre I have been attending for the last month and a half. I have 25% extra time- the invigilator miscalculated my finishing time, and I was told my time was up 34 minutes earlier. I trusted this, my mental state was discombobulated from both my anxiety and exam stress so I assumed the timing would be correct as it has been for the past 7 exams. When I was coming back home I realised I did not get the 25% extra time (I was wondering why I ran out of time) so I called the centre, told them, they said I was given the correct time (I wasn’t) and after a while they told me to come back so I did. So then I was given the 34 minutes extra to do my exam, but I felt even more discombobulated with the stress of my time being cut short + travelling back in a hurry. Also, I’m eligible for a separate room for all of my exams due to my severe anxiety, and due to ‘short staff’ I had to sit in a room with 1-2 people and that added onto my anxiety even more. Evidently, my performance in that exam was awful- even when I had the 34 minutes, I couldn’t even focus properly- and it’s the paper worth the greatest percentage of my grade??

If anyone here is familiar with the special consideration system or whatever, PLEASE help me out and tell me if I’m able to apply.

why am I wrong? I literally followed the standard method. Reversing the equation of the more negative one, that’s now oxidation. Then the E cell equation

I just don’t get it, why do we have to use t2 only and not subtract the two times because it says BETWEEN
