So I'm a fresher,recently started working. Few weeks back oka role ki apply chesa. Aa role ki kavalsina experience and skill exact nakosam ochinate anipinchind.

Apply chesa but rale. Now aa role some other guy who didn't have relevant experience for the role ki ochindi.

It's not a usual dev role. Vere expertise una role idi. So I thought nakosame ochindi ee opening
