Has anyone experienced breastfeeding toddler while being pregnant? OBGYN recommends weaning to once a day only but I know my little one is not ready for that. Also any weaning tips please and thank you!!!

I don’t want this post to be flagged it’s just my honest experience and just curious what others have experienced as everyone’s different. I had a few positive pregnancy tests recently and skipped my period. I’m 5 weeks and 2 days pregnant and don’t have my OBGYN appt until 9 days from now. This morning when I used the restroom I noticed some bright red blood and a little clotting or whatever it is that sinks to the bottom. Anyways an hour later some more bright red blood. I have a very thin panty liner in, no intense cramping or severe signs but it’s light enough it reminds me of a period. I called my OBGYN office to inform them and they just said to keep the appt and that’s it? 😞 I’m confused as first pregnant I never experienced this and now it’s a waiting game.
Y’all, is this a evap line. Preg or Not? Thoughts??????? This faint line popped up within a few mins.
