Question for garage floor / epoxy coating business owners here.

Say a potential customer sends you a photo of their garage and asks:

>

How do you normally find and show them the right past projects?

Do you:

  • scroll through your camera roll?
  • find an old Instagram/Facebook post?
  • organize jobs by flake color, finish, or coating system?
  • keep photos in Google Drive/Photos or job folders?
  • send them to a gallery on your website?
  • use some other system?

Also curious what happens once you've completed hundreds of floors and accumulated a lot of before/after photos.

Does finding the right old job — similar garage, color, flake blend, finish, condition, etc. — ever become annoying, or do you already have a system that works really well?

Interested to hear how actual coating businesses handle this.

Looking for a Sales / GTM Co-Founder for an AI Automation Agency

I’m building Autoril, an AI automation studio focused on production-ready AI systems for businesses.

My background is in backend engineering, and I handle the technical side end-to-end — solution architecture, AI agents, RAG systems, CRM/API integrations, workflow automation, deployment, reliability, and technical delivery.

I’m looking for a sales / GTM co-founder who wants to own the commercial side of the business and help grow Autoril into a serious AI automation agency.

What I’d own

  • Technical discovery and solution design
  • AI/backend architecture
  • Development and integrations
  • Deployment and production reliability
  • Technical delivery and support
  • Building the delivery team as we scale

What I’m looking for you to own

  • ICP and offer refinement
  • Prospecting and outbound
  • Lead qualification
  • Sales calls and follow-ups
  • Proposal/commercial conversations
  • Closing clients
  • Partnerships and agency relationships
  • Building a repeatable sales process over time

The ideal person has experience with B2B services, SaaS, agencies, consulting, technology sales, or high-ticket outbound, and is comfortable selling to US/UK businesses.

You don’t need to be deeply technical — I can handle technical discovery and join client calls where architecture or implementation needs to be discussed.

Where Autoril is currently

We already have:

  • a live agency brand and website
  • a production-style AI automation portfolio/demo
  • technical delivery capability
  • active outreach through channels such as Upwork, communities, LinkedIn and partnerships
  • the ability to build systems across AI agents, RAG, CRM automation, sales automation, API integrations and custom backend workflows

What I want now is someone who is stronger than me on sales and distribution and wants to build that side of the company rather than simply send occasional referrals.

Structure

I’d prefer to start by working together on live opportunities and outbound for a short period so we can validate how well we operate together.

For initial deals, compensation can be performance-based and tied to revenue actually collected.

If there is strong mutual fit and we both want to build Autoril long-term, I’m open to discussing a genuine co-founder structure with meaningful ownership and responsibility.

I’m not looking for someone who just wants to drop leads and collect referral fees. I’m looking for someone who wants to help build the sales engine of the company.

If this sounds like you, message me with:

  • your sales/GTM background
  • what you've sold previously
  • how you normally generate pipeline
  • markets you’re strongest in
  • what you would do in the first 30 days if you joined

Happy to share the current Autoril positioning, portfolio, and where I see the business going.

Looking for a Sales / BD Partner for an AI Automation Agency — Performance-Based Commission

I run Autoril, an AI automation studio focused on building production-ready AI systems for businesses — AI agents, lead qualification and sales automation, CRM/API integrations, RAG systems, workflow automation, appointment booking, document processing, and custom backend automation.

My side handles the technical work end-to-end: scoping, architecture, implementation, integrations, deployment, documentation, and ongoing technical support.

I’m looking for someone strong on the sales/business-development side who can help source and convert clients, particularly in the US/UK market.

This is performance-based rather than a salaried role. Compensation depends on how much of the sales cycle you own:

>

Third-party software/API/cloud costs are excluded from the commission calculation.

I already have a live website and an end-to-end AI automation portfolio/demo that you can use during sales conversations, and I can support with technical discovery and solution scoping while you handle the commercial side.

I’m particularly interested in someone who already understands B2B services, agencies, SaaS, automation, or consultative selling.

If this sounds relevant, send me a short note with:

  • what kind of B2B sales you've done
  • where you usually source leads
  • whether you prefer referrals, appointment setting, or full-cycle closing
