Not sure if this is the best place to ask but I’m working on a Greek paddle for a friend and there is a cool image of a Pokémon that I want to put on it.

I’m not really an artistic person so trying to draw/paint an image that is almost the size of an 8.5 by 11 inch paper is really hard.

Is there a way to transfer an image onto the paddle so that it comes out well?

I’ve heard of using gel or something to take an image from paper onto wood or even using lasers for it. However, I don’t have lasers to work with, and I don’t believe that’ll work well with colored images (I could be wrong).

One sort of “dilemma” that I’m in is that the paddle is already spray painted black, so I’m not sure if I’d be able to keep it black and transfer a colorful image on top of it, or if I have to sand it down to the original wood, transfer the image, then paint the empty space black.

If anyone can help, it’d be appreciated.

I’m trying to play rush in clubs but most of the time I get a message saying:

“It looks like your connection to your opponent was lost. Start searching again. For more info, check out ea.com/unable-to-connect for additional information”

I’ve done / have everything that the website suggests and occasionally I’ll be able to play a game, but most of the time I just get stuck.

Is there any work around or solution? Any help would be appreciated.

In a calculus class I got a 90 on an exam which felt amazing, and I got into a second part of a physics class for the second half of the summer.

These felt like huge accomplishments because of study time and getting into a class that wasn’t promised.

It’s currently 1:45 am and I’m not really tired right now.

Over the summer my sleep schedule has been progressively getting worse because my friends and I would all stay up playing video games till midnight. Of course this is pretty bad but it is summer I guess that is a bit of an excuse.

I do want to fix this to get my sleep schedule back to “normal” where I got to sleep around 10pm and get a full night sleep. Is there anything I can do to help with this aside from just forcing myself to go to sleep earlier.

Should I try to stay awake right now to “restart” the cycle and if so what tips are there to stay up if I don’t drink caffeine.

A friend and I would like to go on a vacation outside the US that is cheap/ affordable for college students. We’re thinking about us two going but possibly up to 4 if some friends would like to come.

Before getting into specific details about a vacation, are there any sites that are good for looking at traveling cost, airlines, hotels, etc? I’m not sure if it really matters where I look, but is there any inside info to help with getting the best deal?

Now for vacations. We were thinking of going to an all inclusive place on an island or coast but also with enough to stay busy as we’d want to be on vacation for a week. It’d be nice if would could experience night life and go to bars as well but anything that may be just as fun would be nice to know as well. So of all the places around the world, what places would be best for what I’m asking?

If anyone has some knowledge or experience, it’d be helpful.

I’m playing on a server with a few friends and our storage gets quite full with all the stuff for Pokémon and from the vanilla game.

We want to build an automatic storage system where you simply add junk into a chest and it sorts everything out into new chest and etc.

The storage system we made has 52 double chest so I don’t know if the size of it would affect a mod and we already built the base so moving all the chest around is kind of a hassle.

I know about sophisticated storage but the controller in it doesn’t seem to really sort anything to where I want it to go, even with an advanced filter that I put in a chest.

There is also toms simple storage that I tried, but for the same reason, stuff doesn’t sort properly. If an item doesn’t have an item tag, then I have to switch to a different method to identify it and using both messes up the system.

Are there any other mods that make it “simple” to make an automated system.

I’m really looking for a wireless way where the junk goes in and gets sorted on its own.

Hopefully this all makes some sort of sense, but anything helps.

Not sure if this is the best place to ask , but I’m looking for a headset plus mic combo that is good for gaming, and something that is reasonably priced for the quality.

If there is any combo thing where the boom arm, mic, and headset all come in one, that’ll be great.

I’m new to the headset and mic being separate so I’m not sure if setting up a mic to an arm is kind of a universal thing or not.

Any recommendations are greatly appreciated.

I’ve been struggling to look for a good wired headphone that is good quality for gaming. I use discord a lot and usually my fiends say that my mic isn’t really good and that I sound too quiet. I have a budget of around 100 bucks.

I’d prefer if the microphone is connected to the headset instead of getting a separate microphone, and if the headset is connected by a 3.5mm jack. I’d also prefer if my headphones just had the all in one 3.5mm jack instead of the jacks that are for different sounds (not the end of the world if a better headset has multiple tho).

I’ve gone to my local best buy and tried the razor headphones but none of them really work well for me, so something else would be nice.

I’ve heard open back headphones are great for gaming but I don’t have a preference for either open or closed back headphones.

If anyone could help, that’ll be greatly appreciated.

My family has a laptop that we keep millions of photos on and use for typical homework. We’re looking for an upgrade because this current laptop just doesn’t run well and the battery sucks.

Gaming laptops are really good for storage and etc, but they’re super expensive and we’re not trying to spend a crazy amount just for work.

Are there any laptops that have a good battery life, good storage, and good ram.

Some other extra accessories that would be nice are a backlit keyboard, a 27 inch screen, and a durable touchpad.

I know I’m a first year student and I’m sure that only makes it worse, but getting hit with it makes me sick and feel like a failure. I was doing good this semester and this issue could’ve been completely prevented. Yes it is a first offense but my life is still ruined.

I ruined my career and my future in college, my parents are going to kill me, and I can’t stop overthinking all the issues that come with this. I want to give up everything to stop the pain but idk what to do.

Writing this is probably a big mistake but holding it in just makes the pain hurt even more.

If anyone has anything to say, please say it
