Just wondering why they're selling copies of this for a normal price on turntable lab when people on eBay are trying to sell it for $100 - $150

Looking for an electrician to do some (hopefully) not too crazy outlet work in Port Richmond. Hoping for suggestions? Tried contacting someone from an old post asking the same question and they're being unresponsive so I'm hoping for some new blood.
This is a long shot but does anybody know what's replacing Tin Can? Passed by there the other day and it looks like something new is starting to move in.
I'm visiting Chicago in June for the first time in a few years. Last time I was there I think hop butcher for the world had just opened their tap room so we checked that out along with most of the classic spots (dovetail, goose Island, map room etc...)
Any new or popular breweries/bars that I can't miss this time around?
