this is my zoo. i want to do a wall of art for them. not all of them have to be drawn at one time

the cat is milo, she's my baby!

the tortoise is princess, loves to eat

the chameleon is iggy, she's very sweet when she has her way

the guinea pigs are (in order) squiggles, mr. giggles, cashew, and minnie. squiggles and mr. g are brothers and cashew and minnie are "girlfriends"

the anoles are my girls endive and leek - guess they're "girlfriends" too

lastly, the gecko is oscar, he's pretty much chill with everything and doesn't care about the economy

a few days ago (july 19th) was mr. g's 2nd birthday and it's been a long tradition to make them "guinea cakes"

i make sure the pack gets some as well and it was gone in like... 3 minutes

squiggles's birthday is next week (the 30th) and probably wouldn't want to share with anyone

and yes, that was squiggles snatching the carrot

the gang (mostly cashew and chili) has heard your pleas and #justiceforsquiggles and decided yes, squiggles needs love too... until he started purring at everybody and instantly zoomed off

mr. giggles is friends with cashew, cashew and minnie are a "thing" and everyone despises squiggles

and this happened because i couldn't leave the other one by itself, so came back and got the other one

he's like a puppy. i come up to his tank and call him by his government name (oscar mayers de gecko) and loves a good meal... even if he's pretending to lick what i'm eating. i had a camera watching him and almost immediately he would look straight at it because he knew i was going say something crazy. he knows he's the man

for the past few days, everytime my cat milo meows, i would impersonate her whiny meow to this opera song. it sounds so familiar however i don't know the actual name of the song. anything helps. thanks.

princess knows she eats like a hog and will slams her utensils and rings her royal bell when she's ready for her royal meal

so I was browsing through comic artist Tim Eldred's page (basically under the dragon tales section because he was a storyboard artist for the show) and found out he took a trip to New York in May after the Daytime Emmys award show.

He quoted this on his website; "Hands down, the best part of that trip was getting to see the sights of New York in springtime. This was May 2001. Four months later, New York would be forever changed. I was very lucky to see it when I did."
