There's a lot of Loopholes,
1: How did he just attempted suicide and succeeded (Isn't it mysterious for a case this high profile)?
(like where were all the cops, why was he left alone in the room)?
Is it SO, or is was a planned execution?
2: Suppose if it was not suicide which is clear that it wasn't, what else we don't know,,,,
3: How can a person kill a total of 100 children in a neighborhood and no one gets suspicious?
4: It's a possibility that this case had connections to some big names, isn't it?
5: Plane suicide by a killer of 100 innocents this mysteriously?
Than I remembered Zainab katal case, and hundreds of Children going missing around different neighborhoods of Lahore and Kasoor,
Than I remembered an interview of a Pakistani hacker who claimed the Children's videos being sold on dark web??
Am I thinking too much or could this all be related at some point,
