Sevilla vs Rayo
I can't decide if seeing the uniforms on the field makes me like them more or less. Lol.
Oh they have those weird balls that can (allegedly) determine when the last touch was.
Okay, Beñat's too thin tshirt is going to be my new Iñigo's too short pants. Lol.
One of the coaching staff I thought we lost is still there!
0:33 - I was distracted from that save from Batalla because I was thinking about how some of their socks are too long so it looks like our uniform has pants.
3:17 - oh my god. Good capitalising, Álvaro!
6:33 - oof, Nteka should have scored. Álvaro set him up well.
8:45 - Ratiu performing to up his value to other clubs there. (No, that's just how he plays, and I appreciate how fun it can be to watch.)
19:00 - good defense.
31:43 - whoa, Isi on point there! Ball in from Ratiu.
32:06 - nevermind, disallowed because apparently Isi fouled someone on the way.
33:50 - De Frutos with a good run.
38:18 - after seeing the replay I'm not even going to pretend to know if that's actually a foul or not. I obviously have had complaints about Batalla coming out when it seems unnecessary, but he did seem to have control of the ball.
40:39 - No penalty. The VAR showed pretty clearly (even to me!) it shouldn't be.
42:15 - But then Unai decided to try and fix that by giving away a foul in shooting range.
45:29 - Good job clearing that, Ratiu, when Batalla couldn't.
47:49 - Good defensive teamwork.
48:38 - It looked like Álvaro just didn't realise how close the other player was.
51:22 - Argh. Well, it was nice while it lasted.
53:03 - Oh, De Frutos just kicking a guy in the neck area.
55:23 - Praise Lejeune.
60:13 - We have a Ratiu being the fastest player in La Liga last season mention.
64:00 - Huh, I'm surprised Isi is coming off. (Camello is taking over the number ten position.)
65:56 - That was a good one-two with Camello and Ratiu.
85:06 - That was a great attempt on goal by Lejuene.
85:29 - Well that missed opportunity got a big groan from me.
92:20 - Pelayo is playing cromulently (which is apparently not a word).
93:03 - Oh, geez, a penalty? (A Diaz mistake and Lejuene foul.)
95:04 - It's standing?! We've seen the other angle!
96:12 - Fuck's sake.
98:18 - Hard bumps aren't going to help, Diaz.
99:00 - It's twenty minutes to midnight? That's wild to me. (Though AFL has the whole of summer off. But still plays in temperatures in the 30s, degrees celcius, and games all start before 8:30pm.)
100:33 - When they said it was Alemão down I must admit I was less gracious about it then when it turned out to be De Frutos. Lol.
102:00 - And it's over. I must admit that I was expecting us to lose, but certainly not due to two penalties. (Which, given our stats last season of penalties for/against, is on me.)
Aw, Álvaro gets Match MVP at least.
Yellow cards:

There was a second Frasier reference on Ghosts (US)
(I searched the sub and didn't see it posted, but apologies if I missed it!)
There's a proposal to add 2 levels to the Karrinyup shops carpark.
Maisie Peters being exclusive to Spilt Milk has been confirmed :(
Rayo home games will be at El Plantio (unless we get lucky).
The issues with the stadium seem to have come to a head.
Heads up to the people who don't eat cow products; these contain beef gelatin.
Times for the first three rounds have been released.
With Kmart getting the pleb gates I assume Big W etc. will follow. (Pic is Vic Park.)
Did Hooligan Hefs guest program Rage and choose a bunch of Chris Brown songs?
I was just looking at the Rage playlist for tomorrow night and was wondering why the hell there were so many songs by/featuring Chris Brown, and the first song of the playlist is by Hooligan Hefs and then there's four in a row by them in the 2:30am block. So that would usually suggest guest programming but I figured I'd ask here to confirm.
The Rendezvous wanting to give more realistic expectations.
