kanna ineffective for me?

hi everyone :) i’m 23F and recently got some powdered kanna and nasal spray, both from healing herbals. i’ve tried them both to a good extent and have yet to really notice any effects. i am on some medications — 150mg wellbutrin daily, 7.5mg buspirone daily, and 50mg trazodone at night. i’ve assumed that one or more of my meds is causing the kanna to be ineffective. i know trazodone is an SRI and that buspar acts in serotonin somewhat. i am considering stopping the buspar, but trazodone is pretty necessary for me, so i’m not keen on stopping it.

i’ve taken doses up to 100mg sublingually of powder and 100mg of nasal spray, maybe a dozen times, and nothing. i know kanna can have a kind of “waiting period” where it becomes more effective over time, but that hasn’t seemed to be the case for me either.

does anyone have any experience or input? is there any other reason that kanna would do absolutely nothing for someone?

sr for MIT?

hi everyone! i quit 7oh successfully back in january, after ohio banned it. no relapses on 7, since i can’t access it. however, i’ve remained pretty hooked on MIT tablets and such. now, those are also being banned in ohio. i do want to be done with it. i’ve just now discovered SR and am wondering if it might be of any use for quitting MIT? i know folks seem to use it often for 7; i haven’t noticed anyone talking about it for MIT or more natural kratom forms. does anyone know if it might help? or is mitragynine on its own not… “strong” enough for SR to help? i’m quite struggling with the reality that i’m again losing the thing that has been making me feel good, but i know it will be for the better for me. any input is so appreciated!!

i work at a nursery in Ohio (but not a plant expert at all) and have noticed this lichen-like (in terms of form) stuff growing over the soil in the pots of various different kinds of plants in our perennial greenhouse. its “leaves” are relatively thick and have these bizarre cup-like spots, like tiny suction cups. any thoughts?

i work at a nursery in Ohio — not an expert, just a waterer — and have noticed this lichen-like (in terms of form) stuff growing around some pots in our perennial greenhouse. it is present in pots for various different plants, not growing only on the soil of one particular kind of plant. its “leaves” are relatively thick and have these bizarre looking little cup-like spots, look almost like tiny suction cups. any thoughts?
