Optimal Fan Config?

This is my new setup, ignore the bad cabling I just haven't got to it yet.

I have a three pack of white rgb fans in my closet that I thought would look nice mounted on the side panel. Even better, they're reversed so the fancy side is pointing towards to the glass while set up as intakes.

My only concern is whether it'll be okay to have five intakes (3 front + 2 side) and only one exhaust (1 rear). I'll have an extra fan left over that I could mount up top as exhaust but it's reversed so it'll look kinda bad so I'd prefer to avoid it.

I know positive pressure is good, but how much is too much?

[PS5] Failed HDMI repair or deeper issue?

I got a base model PS5 with a broken HDMI port as part of a trade. I've connected a controller and confirmed that it's working because I hear sound when I plug in earbuds.

After soldering on a new port, it doesn't display any image. My TV says "No Display" when it's off and "No Display - PlayStation 5" when it's on.

I think it might be an issue with my soldering job but I'm not sure. I'm pretty new to soldering in general. I've desoldered and resoldered it several times but I still don't know what the problem is. Probably a pin not making contact or multiple pins bridging. I can't tell once it's on because I can't see the pins.

Using a heat gun to melt the solder I've applied on the pins on both the port and the motherboard seems like the only way but it also melts the plastic on the HDMI port. Could this be a problem? Could melted plastic be getting between the pins? I don't see a way to get the pins soldered without this happening.

I thought I'd ask to see if this is an unrelated issue first though. It takes like an hour each time to tear down the system, get the port resoldered, and get it put back together. I've done this five or six times already and I'm starting to get pretty demoralized.

Any help is appreciated, thanks!

Edit: I am not asking for help with the soldering. I am asking if there are any other possible causes because I want to be certain.

Did I win the silicon lottery?

Managed an undervolt of -105 with memory at 2800 and PL at +10. I don't really plan to play games this way since I still had a score of over 7800 at PL -10.

Is this normal for this card? Is it just because it's a 330w card with +10 on power? Or am I insanely lucky? It's completely stable too, cyberpunk runs perfectly fine with these settings with path tracing and FSR4. No crashes.

9070xt with only 2 PCIE cables?

I have a 3x8 model but my power supply only has two PCIE out (semi-modular). The cables themselves end in two seperate 6+2 pin connectors. Since there are 9070xt models that are 2x8 I figure it'll be fine, especially since I plan to undervolt and power limit. Wanted to get a second opinion first though. What do you guys think?

Incorrect Memory Speed on Old Workstation

I fixed up an old Dell Precision T1700 that had been stripped of its RAM and HDD. Slapped in a 500gb SSD, an RX 470 using a SATA to 8-pin with a software power limit thrown on for safety, and 4 matching 4gb sticks of corsair 1600 DDR3.

My issue is that the RAM will only run at 1333. I've tried switching the sticks around and triple-checked that the sticks were identical. No dice. It's not a massive deal but it still doesn't feel great knowing that there's free performance that I'm being locked out of because of a bios quirk.

I'm aware that Dell boards only allow speeds up to the CPU's rated memory speed but the E3-1241 V3 I'm using supports 1600 natively. I've checked online but haven't found solutions or even anyone else with the same issue.
