We all know Google doesn't want home addresses showing on Google business profile
However, if they have a permanent sign, can the address show? Or is there a zero tolerance for home addresses showing overall
We have a client where its showing costs on mobile and the costs are incorrect. It links to their website as the source but nowhere on this site do they mention these costs. Its a problem because its wrong and this is for a home health service business so its giving incorrect information & expectations.
Is there anything that can be done to get this corrected or removed?

Our partner had his permission changed from manager to owner and when that happened, all of the review responses he added as a manager disappeared. Has anyone had this happen before? Not sure if opening a ticket with support will do anything. Its been about 2 weeks since they went missing
We have a client with an old street image view which doesnt show their business bc its new construction
They were told if they get 360 degree imagery, that includes the updated street image, on their GBP it will override the old street image view and I dont buy that
Can anyone confirm?
We now have 2 different clients in two different dashboards where they got suspended recently but when you look at the GBP dashboard it says the listing needs to be verified. No mention of suspension IN the dashboard??
FOr the one client below, whats even more strange NOBODY appealed this yet it says it was appealed over weekend and denied. You can see the weird response he got which I have never seen before that he may still be able to verify via video. But even when you try that theres no more ways to verify
Why wouldnt the status in the dashboard say SUSPENDED?
We use ,local falcon for ranking grids and while I'll take this with a grain of salt has anyone seen this before where the locations ranking very well and then randomly in one spot they aren't I don't know if it's a glitch or what's going on.
Our client has an ex employee who left a negative review on their Google business profile, and used their real name. We do have proof from payroll records to provide to Google. Obviously we do not want to give them something like a Social Security number on these records, but would a name suffice on these documents for the appeal to be removed?
I have a client with two verified profiles with different names
For example purposes , the names are:
Blue painting of East Cleveland
Blue painting of west park
They want to merge both into one and call it:
Blue painting of northeast Ohio
will Google allow this provided they have an updated DBA
will they merge the reviews
