Hi folks, I am in talks with mattamy homes via a realtor and they shared APS agreement for signature , upon reviewing the doc I see that the plan specified in APS is few inches lesser in size for all the spaces in main floor, is this a general practice .

Sometimes it feels like the advertised information and the realtors who advertise in various platforms are click and bait.

The APS should I get it reviewed by a lawyer.

Some guidance in this matter would be helpful.

Hey folks, I am 3 months out from PCDF surgery, had C3-C6 laminonectany as well, now that I am off the collar doctor recommended to start physio for neck movements .

I have an insurance that is not helpful. So I would like to use minimum sessions as possible.

Can you please share how many sessions of physiotherapy was helpful to you. Do they teach us any exercises that we can do at home.

What else can we start doing.

I really like calisthenics kind of workout . Can anyone comment on if it would be good idea to join that and avoid any sort of exercise that would strain on my neck .

Unable to follow God the way I wish to, I keep failing. I don’t wish to fail my family . Too many sins are haunting me. Have been praying for will of God to happen in my life and I am feeling struck with unable to pray and understand.

We are a small family looking for a townhome within 3 bedroom, possibility of having a basement that could be converted to a legal rental unit later. Would like to have a good school in the area (preferably catholic primary school French immersion) . Looking at mattamy northwoods project and Minto Brookline . Would like to get some suggestions and ideas . Workplace is currently WFH but may have to travel downtown (but it’s a maybe or maybe not situation in the future). Kanata seems to be a promising location .

I have very high myopia. Irrespective of the condition I have driven well with G2, in my recent G test I failed because of over speed(drove at 57 in 50).

Now I have had a neck surgery and recovering from that post recovery I might have some limitations in neck movement and worried that I might not be able to move my neck as a normal person would do,

question: when I go for my second attempt of G test should I tell the examiner that I have neck surgery (spinal fusion surgery) the limitations and tell that doctor has asked to turn from hip to check the blind spots.

Does this make a person with disability, what are the laws for person like this .
