My Favorite Mac & Cheese!

Stouffer's Ultimate Five Cheese Mac has a delicious sauce made with cheddar, parmesan, romano, white cheddar, and asiago cheeses.

It has a great cheese pull and a ton of cheesy flavor!

The best part to me?

I LOVE the crunchy edges that I always save for the end.

I have sliced up a couple of Oscar Meyer Smokies and added them for extra protein..It's a great pairing.

I gave it a 9 instead of a perfect 10 because the sodium content is insane.

How many of us are introverted, and how do you cope in a noisy world?

For me, grocery shopping is very stressful at times. It's often crowded, noisy, and I freeze with too many choices.

I have my things delivered and it makes my life so much more peaceful.

The Missing Piece to the Puzzle?

I'm on my 3rd week of Ozempic and I am finding a ton of great posts offering stellar advice and guidance. This community is kind of my lifeline as I go on this journey.

The one thing I see missing is the psychological component. We can count macros and take Beano all day long, but what about our mental health?

As a lifetime of dieting has taught me, I CAN lose weight but it won't stick if my brain and emotions aren't allowed a seat at the table.

Where do we find ourselves if we "get skinny" but we still see the old body, revert to the old habits, and never address the core issues?

My biggest question is how do we change our brain to match our body?

Im interested if anyone else has ideas or experiences.
