My lease is up on the 18th and I was planning on just buying it out. Then, of course, I get the latest recall notice in the mail yesterday. My leaser specifically says they won't accept a buy-out with an open recall. And I am traveling this weekend. I know I should just return the lease. What happens if your lease ends while it's at the dealer?

I am the treasurer for an investment club that is held by Fidelity, and Fidelity made a pretty major blunder that they need to rectify. My biggest issue at the moment is that they have stopped responding to my messages altogether.

Does anyone know how I can escalate my case and hopefully get the issue resolved?

Additionally, does anyone know what the governing body would be for filing a formal complaint if Fidelity continues to refuse to respond to me? Would it be SEC? FINRA?

For context: the blunder they made was transferring stock to the wrong account at another financial institution and so far they have only managed to recall about 50% of the transfer.

For anyone who has run GC at Cooperstown Dreams Park - how hard is it to see what is going on? I have to do this next week and am a little stressed about knowing what’s called a ball and what’s called a strike from essentially the outfield.

Does anyone who has done this know if Mountain Ranch Club tickets purchased using Mini Plan credit can still be returned in the same way regular tickets can? The way you book them outside of the regular mini plan redemption site is giving me pause here.

Just had a convo with my kid (12U) about how tired he is of the meltdowns in baseball - the crying after a strikeout, throwing stuff after a bad play, etc. I still see MLB players throwing helmets so I know it never goes away, but I know it is mostly gone by the time they are pros. For those of you with older kids, though, did you notice a point when everyone started to grow up?
