Donovan Desmond is the most ignored character in this series.

Okay listen this is a rant. I mean the first time we see this man is in chapter 37 only to never see him until chapter 106. This is just crazy atp. Yeah we do get to see a little glimpse of his past in chapter 99, nonetheless that is also a huge gap if you ask me. He is the main antagonist like c'mon this is unfair. 134 chapters yet we know nothing about him from the first person pov. I really appreciate Endo sensei's hardwork but I want more of the Desmonds.

How powerful are the Cosa Nostra and Bratva nowadays?

Okay listen, recently I started reading a dark romance book ( don't judge me ) and the main character is a mafia that really has me hooked. This entire book basically has urged me to learn more about cosa Nostra and Bratva so here I am.

Okay so in dark romance books, they are generally unstoppable. Everyone fears them and respects them, even the authorities and politicians. Ik it used to be like this back in the day but according to the internet things aren't like this anymore. How much of this is true in the modern age?

I mean my real question is how powerful are these people as of now? Are they still the same old unstoppable kings? Do authorities and politicians still fear them?

I wanted to hear lores from the real sicilian or russian people but they are very sensitive when it comes to this, so here I am. If you are italian or russian then please do drop some lore. (I swear I won't judge)

Lastly, is it true that women are treated like trash in these organisations?

Is the show 'The Tudors' worth watching?

I really love the Tudor era and its lore. Recently I have been getting plenty of content recommendations relating to this show 'The Tudors'. I have been tempted to watch it. So tell me, is it good? Is it historically accurate? What's your review and experience? The positives and the negatives?

Why is Lahan so cold and bitter towards her?

I meant Yao. In LN 9 we see him being friendly towards her and was also ecstatic about her and Enen staying at his estate. But slowly after LN 11 we see him starting to be cold towards her. By the time it is LN 13 he also starts sounding bitter. He also says he is doing this on purpose. Why though?

According to Maomao, Lahan's type is someone coming from a high class society, is beautiful and elegant. Yao perfectly matches the description. She is also interested in him. Why isn't he pursuing her?

Why is Becky allowed to watch romantic dramas?

I am pretty sure she is just 6 and at that age, personally I used to only be hooked over cartoons and never watched any romance. Just like Anya. Idk it's just weird for me to see these kids talk about romance and give romantic advice.

How come her parents don't say anything? Or even Martha? 😭😭

Melinda and Yor's Becky:

When I saw melinda defend Yor in the 120th chapter, I was instantly reminded of Becky. Normally it goes that when a normal person gets along with a rich person, they get bullied, used and humiliated. But Melinda isn't at all that. She is the friend Yor never had whereas Yor is the friend Melinda never had. She treats her way better than those co-workers of her's who all are from the same social class.

They are just like Becky and Anya.

What else does Hailey Bailey do apart from being an influencer for a living?

Ik she used to be a model but now she said that she isn't into it on a serious note. She lives in a 17 grand penthouse in the heart of NYC. Can being an influencer alone fetch you that much money? I bet she has a side gig.

Guys, Donovan might have seen Anya!!

The above panel is from episode 25 that is chapter 37 where Loid reminisces his difficulties of raising a daughter.

According to Melinda and Demetrius, >!Donovan is a mind reader. If at all that is true and if his powers are on the same level as Anya's, then he definitely can see through people's photographic memories. To make matters worse, that day wasn't even a no moon day.!<

Through recent chapters it's also been revealed that >!Sigmund and Donovan both were involved in the telepath experiment. We also see Sigmund talk about a plan being under the way.!<

I have a bad feeling the Forger family is cooked.

My hot take: Haesoo and Taeha share a toxic relationship.

I mean just look at it from this aspect. It's been more than 6 months of knowing each other. They are also moving in with each other and yet their relationship is just physical.

Haesoo on one hand knows nothing about his past or his childhood. She knows not one thing about his parents, his work, his friend circle or his education. Atp the only things she knows are his name and that he used to be her stalker. Normally people would immediately cut off all the relations with their stalkers. But Haesoo is just- fine with that.

I feel like Haesoo is more into the idea of someone obsessing and liking her, the way no one had ever done before rather than truly loving and receiving love. Basically seeking validation and attention. This reminds me of Cassie Howard from Euphoria.

Taeha on the other hand knows as much information required to have a whole biography written about her. He also has lied about or dodged every subtle question regarding his personal life. I agree he may treat her better than Mincheol ever did but really is this an ideal relationship?

A lot of people are now going to argue that this relationship is wayyy better than the one she had with her ex. To these people - sorry you guys are living in a lie. I am not saying that the ex was better, he was trash in his own way but that doesn't mean this is an ideal relationship either. It's just the lesser of the 2 evils and yeah Taeha is the lesser one.

This entire relationship is based on lies, manipulation, and deception.

What would be the fate of an abandoned and a disgraced samurai lady during the Sengoku era?

Okay so I was just reading the Demon Slayer Manga and there is a character, Michikatsu Tsugikuni, a sengoku era's samurai lord.

Now Michikatsu remains as the only heir of his father since his twin brother would have run away from home at a very young age. Eventually Michikatsu becomes the new lord, marries, and has 2 children- a toddler son and a newborn child.

At this stage of his life Michikatsu is set to meet his twin again, who now is an extremely powerful demon slayer. Michikatsu is blinded by jealousy and decides to pursue the same profession as his twin in order to become more powerful and leaves everything behind. He abandons his home, his people, his territory, his wife and his children.

Now in the story it isn't explicitly mentioned what happened to his family but then, they survive. We get to know this as Michikatsu meets his own descendant 400 years later. But the descendant or any of his immediate ancestors wouldn't be samurais anymore.

I couldn't help but wonder what would be the possible outcome that his poor lady wife and children would have to face? What would be the most common occurrences here?

Why do people think Loid would be unhappy/possessive if he were to know of Damianya?

In chapter >!95!< we literally see him wanting the possibility of >!Damian considering Anya as a relationship prospect. Not only that, we also see him fret over the fact that this might not happen as Anya isn't the elegant and classy lady who is supposed to be the ideal choice of the Desmonds.!<

Or was this a translation mishap? Did he mean something else in the japanese version?

Nonetheless, I don't see a possessive Loid coming up as of now or in the near future.

I think the chairman might care a lot about his sons.

I mean first of all I don't understand this man, given how there is so little information. Then again it has been evident that he wasn't really a warm father figure to his sons. Their relationships are strained.

Taehee says that the chairman probably might not even care if his own children died miserably in front of him.

Yet, he still seems to provide them with a lot of pocket money, keeps them safe by providing them with well qualified guards who also spy on them for him, and also shares his other luxuries such as high end cars, private jets and finally makes sure to give his sons his own mansions to live in.

Why would he do all these if he doesn't care? Especially the spying part? The chairman himself told Lee Jay that the spying part was because he wanted to know about his sons's lives better. He could have just provided them with minimal facilities and not give a shit. But it seems this man is actually well informed about all of his sons activities.

Maybe he does care? Maybe he just doesn't have a good way of expressing things given his cold nature?

Ofcourse I might be wrong. You guys are free to call me out. We obviously have to wait until the Boem family's entire lore is revealed. They are still a mystery.

Mind spoiling Black Knight by Rina Kent for me?

Okay so I am the type of person who really can't stop once they start reading the story. But this story has urged me otherwise. I kinda read 1/4th of the story and I really can't handle this mmc for some reason. He is really a jerk. So people who have read, could you please mind spoiling rest of the story?

Do all the SSS agents have a side gig?

At first I thought Yuri only lied to Yor about working in the foreign ministry. However after reading chapter 134 I have come to doubt whether he also has his side gig in the department of foreign affairs just like Loid and Yor do?

Do all the SSS agents have to have a side gig which they identify themselves with? Is it because they have to be very lowkey about their job as an intelligence officer?

My hot take: Plan B was doomed from the very start.

My biggest hot take is on Plan B.

Given how Damian's parents and brother don't give a f**k about him, isn't this plan doomed from the very start? I mean Melinda may care up to some level but in the end she is drowned in her own fantasies and shenanigans to get involved in his life on a serious note.

Whenever Anya thinks that by helping Damian she can make Donovan happy enough for him to meet her and thank her, I can't help but think, Oh Anya, if only his dad loved him that much!

Hell, Damian himself avoids going to his house let alone take a friend (a friend that he considers a peasant). Probably even Emile and Ewen have hardly been to his house. I can't believe how it still didn't hit Loid that this plan is utterly useless.

Atp, the only useful plans are plan A and plan C.

How should I cure my hairfall issues? 😭

I am a 18F with very curly hair. Initially I didn't have hairfall issues or damaged hair. In fact I had very long, and thick curly hair that flew down my entire back. It was also very voluminous.

My hairfall issues started somewhere around this time during 2022 out of nowhere and from then on it was a non stop shed for almost 2 years.

In between these 2 years I also had to go through an MRI scan (full body) which only worsened the already worse hairfall and hair damage.

By the end of 2 years my hair's length had been reduced 2x. I finally seekded treatment through a homeopathy doctor which did stop the hairfall. However it did nothing to stop the hair damage or grow my hair.

Around last September I found out I had severe iron deficiency and immediately began taking uron supplements. I think the condition has improved.

However my hairfall is back now. With the same intensity. Please give me advice on how to stop my hairfall, to grow my hair and also stop hair damage.

PS: My hair strands are still thick but damaged to the core.

Yao needs to leave Enen if she ever wants to have a 'happy married life'.

By reading the web novel chapter 'changsha peerless' I was like oh god I hope Yao considers her advice and leaves Enen.

I really hate how dominating Enen is towards her. Her behaviour of "doing what I think is good for you and not what you think is good for you" is too much. (Ex: feeding her things to make her more voluptuous without Yao's knowledge was really disgusting). Not just that but her flattery of Yao is also not needed. It's been several times mentioned that Yao is in fact more mature than she seems to be but Enen always spoils her. This kinda reminds me of the dynamic between Damian and his friends from Spy family.

Anyways, I might have been able to overlook all those points but her possessive behaviour towards Yao is sickening. It's been confirmed by Basen that she is gay. I have got no problems with that. However by now Enen also knows that Yao is straight and someday she will end up finding a man. Hence, she always tries her best to keep any man out of Yao's radar. She also discourages Yao for liking Lahan only to be in vain. When Changsha narrated the story of her unmarried aunt, I was like hell yeah, probably Enen had the same plans for Yao. But I don't think it will work as Yao's marriage is in the hands of her family.

Recently I also heard a youtuber say Natsu Hyuga said on twitter that the reason for Enen to learn medicine was to gain knowledge about poison so she could kill Yao's husband once they had a child. I was baffled by this and could literally imagine Enen doing this to Yao's future husband. If this information is true, then Yao needs to really get away from Enen.

I at least hope that someone will reveal Enen's feelings for her and after that, Yao will slowly let go of her. It would be best for her to find a husband of a good rank who is supportive of her and who lives far away from the capital. As for Enen, she could probably tell her that as of now she can't take her with her but surely she will invite her later on and just never do so.

This would be the best for both. Without Yao, Enen could also end up being a good doctor and discover her true potential. Over the time she might accept that Yao isn't hers and would let her go. Whereas Yao, can live an ideal life as well.
