Hello everyone, long time no see here. With new patch coming next week it looks like Morgana will be in VERY good spot, buffing her clear speed in addition to meta shifting more to AP/Tank Junglers which Morgana perform very well into.

For anyone that doesnt know me im Ves1c Rank 1 Morgana Jungler for long time now, been morgana OTP for 4 years hitting challenger multiple times and right now grinding on [WEST](https://op.gg/lol/summoners/euw/TwTv%20Ves1c-GOAT) to hit it again.

For ANY MORGANA JUNGLE player i promise u try this build its gonna be meta soon for sure.

It is MOVE SPEED Build abusing Blackfire torch ( burn ) + Cosmic Drive COMBO. just 1 tick of ur W gives u bonus move speed for next 8 secs.

Build has INSANE DAMAGE spike on 2 items, and INSANE survivability spike at 3 items.

u have crazy tempo leads in jungle for no reason and insane teamfight power. theres legit not single downside i can think off atm of it.

MOVE SPEED is best stat in league of legends for any champion. and it is balanced around the fact that it is very easy to be slowed considering majority of champs have slow in their kits.
As Morgana u dont have that problem ur blackshield is keeping u safe from slows, u end up being 700 move speed MONSTER in team fights.

Rune Page and First 3 items are so well cordinated with eachother u get spikes exactly when u need them and its cheap build.

NOWW FOR THE ITEMS WE ARE GOING : Blackfire Torch > Boots > Stormsurge > Cosmic Drive > into w.e u need atp i like mejai rabadon but last 2 items is w/e u like

u can check vod if u want to see some games and how it works, i would recommend watching LAST game i played on live, it is pure cinema.
