The alien civilization will have a population in the trillions, yet they possess no weapons of mass destruction; the weapons they use resemble those from the 1700s or 1800s.
I first heard the song in a amv video for *Star Trek: Lower Decks*, and later I watched the music video. The only thing I remember from the beginning of the video is a man dressed as a knight, but the video didn't have a serious tone, and the song itself was quite energetic. It was a pop-punk/rock song; I can't quite recall the lyrics,
I only have one scene in mind. The main character was a blonde boy of high school age, and he was stopped in a tunnel-like area by a police officer wearing a fat, blue police uniform. The main character was driving a red car with white stripes; it was a children's movie with a very childish style, and I think it was made in the 90s or early 2000s—maybe the 80s, I don't remember exactly.
Two scenarios regarding the population reaching 7 million:
1- After the US-Mexico War, there is a massive influx of immigrants from Prussia or other German territories to Texas, resulting in a total of 1.5 million extra German immigrants by 1860.
2- There are higher than normal white birth rates in the southern states, thus increasing the population to 7 million.
