I had the pleasure to work with Jason from Provence. He made my engagement ring, wedding band and my hubbys wedding ring. I’m so in love with it and can’t wait to wear my wedding band with it! It felt like he went out of his way to provide excellent customer service. I definitely recommend him to anyone and will most likely have him do other pieces in the future.

Timelines:
25/6: contacted Jason, told him what I wanted while showing some reference photos of the e-ring and matching band I wanted.

27/6 got the quote. He told me he had two lab pears in stock and showed me videos of them with the IGI.

28/6 I asked for more videos with a darker background before I decided which diamond I wanted. Asked if he had crushed ice pear. He showed me one, but I liked the brilliant cut more. I had a really hard time deciding between the brilliant cut ones.

29/6 asked him if he could do my hubbys wedding ring too. He agreed.

30/6 got the new videos with the darker background. Chose the diamond I wanted and confirmed the specs for all the rings. Payed half the amount. Waiting for CADs. Later the same day I changed my mind and asked if he could do tulip setting, no problem he said.

2/7 while waiting for the CADs I asked him if he offered laser carvings, he said yes. Told him what I wanted to be engraved, he wanted me to confirm twice.

8/7 got the CADs. No changes to hubbys ring. I wanted to do a minor change on the setting. Got the new CAD a few hours later.

13/7 hubbys ring is done and was showed some pictures and videos to confirm.

18/7 e-ring and wedding band is done and pictures and videos was provided. He asked if he could ship it, I said yes. I payed the other half of the payment. Just after paying I realized I made a mistake with the engraving. I misspelled something and was very upset. I told him I knew it was my own fault, because he got me to confirm twice. He told me he could do it over, it would just need a few more days to be ready. I was so relieved and grateful he was able to do the engraving over again!!!

22/7 he showed me the new engraving and it was right this time. He shipped my order.

27/7 FedEx tried to deliver but I wasn’t home so they’ll try and deliver it the next day. I changed the delivery to have it delivered at a shop because I wouldn’t be home for a few more days.

30/7: today I was able to pick up the package. I’m so so happy with the outcome of all the rings. The diamond is so CRISP and sparkling. I only had to pay ~49USD in customs. My country in Europe is very strict with customs, so I’m very satisfied with paying 49USD.

I’m looking for an engagement ring, but I’m unsure what suits me. I have quite large hands and whey are a bit chubby. I like a big ring, so I’m looking for something 2,5 or 3 carats. Xoxo
