First and last Vrbo experience
How does a company even function like this? The first two vrbos I tried to book were a scam. They promised to reimburse me for a hotel but then reneged and are trying to only reimburse me for half. Every single phone call with customer service takes an hour and they’re still going in circles about my reimbursement. I’m exhausted, haven’t slept, and should have been checked in yesterday. I’m still in a dingy hotel where there was a shooting last night. And I’m paying extra out of pocket for it.
How can customer service possibly be this bad?

Clavicus Vile got me good
So, a portal to Haemar's Shame has opened in front of my house, and there's no escaping it. The portal inside is missing from its actual location (the back entrance behind Clavicus' shrine). Instead, it's in front of my mod house (Elysium Estate) in Whiterun. Is there any way to get rid of it? Playing on PC.
