The title is a little misleading but it is from MLP gen 4. I'm looking for someone who can turn my beloved OC into a Draconequus! Full body, doesn't have to be rendered but fully colored! This image is the character in question; I would like the artist who's known for using bright colors. Have past artwork on drawing ponies(Any race in the MLP series) or colorful cute fantasy creatures. Can think outside the box on design ideas. I have ideas on what animal parts she could have, but I'm open to suggestions!

I'm not interested in any type of realism style. I want the art to be as vibrant as possible. Something close to the MLP comics, a detailed cartoon or close to show itself.( but more detailed) strong use of pastels!

1.My budget is $50 or less. I cannot go any higher then 50.

3. There's no time limit but I want weakly updates.
