Full upper body shake

Hi dear fellow TRE people,

I think I had a breakthrough today. I started TRE in June last year with my provider/therapist. I did it consistently 4-5 times a week a couple of minutes for 8 months. Due to my nervous system I took it easier for a while and since a couple of weeks I do it mostly during my therapy sessions.

Today, it started off slowly in the legs and then when my therapist put pressure on my left shoulder, my upper body started to shake intensely on all kind of ways as well es my left shoulder. Not sure what that all means, but I guess it's a breakthrough and great.

Not sure if that means something, maybe someone has an idea and would like to share it.

Hugs to all of you!

Edit: spelling and question

Stopping antidepressants after long-term use what are your experiences?

Hi guys,

I've been diagnosed with ADHD and C-PTSD this year. Now taking ADHD medication and stopped my antidepressants after 20 years around 4 months ago. I've been diagnosed with anxiety, depression, personality disorders for a long time, what I thought that it never fit.

So now, I'm in the phase, where neuroplasticity adjusts to the withdrawal of the long-term use. I'm discovering that I'm touched by every stupid little thing I see or hear. My emotions are a roller-coaster and I'm so tired. Thanks to the adhd medication I can handle the exhaustion and function. I'm not an English native speaker, didn't use translate or AI, so I can't express my sentiments properly. Its also really hard to pinpoint what is going on.

Does someone have experiences, that they want to share about stopping after long-term use?

Thank you!

Fall Egisto Ott

Hallo,
