We are looking at building a house. He have the plans and the builder. We have great credit scores, income to debt ratio, cash, and we are looking for a lender. Would love to be able to find a one time va construction loan but I hear that is a unicorn.

My wife and I are going to be hitting the road in a couple of months for the winter pulling a 5th wheel and eventually endeding up in NC on our property to build a house.
I have health insurance but most of what i do goes through the VA now. What do you do for your mailed medication? I've looked into some services that send you your stuff when requested. Do you just go to the local va if you having issues?
I have a Starlink Mini on for my camper. We just got it set up about 10 days ago. We are on the 300mb plan but we will need the unlimited. I tried to change it in the app and it tells me it's not available yet it was avaliable when I signed up. I called and talked to the AI assistant and got the same thing saying it's not available my area is at capacity? Anyone else run into this issue or find a work around?
My trucks A/C and fan started acting really strange last fall. My A/C clutch would engage for a few minutes to a few seconds then disengage. My fan would do the exact same thing. I had the fan clutch replaced, the A/C and condenser replaced. I finally got sick of spending so much dang money. I started looking at sensors. I replaced the High Pressure Cut off sensor (GM Part # 13511536) cost $17, an adjustable wrench, and about 3 minutes. A/C is blowing cold and the fan stopped blowing randomly.
I've pulled a few trailers with my truck but any time I plug in the 7pin it says Running Lights aren't working. With a gooseneck I borrowed the lights worked intermittently, but with my 5th wheel I get the same error but my lights are working. I don't think it's the plug because if I plug in to my bumper or my bed I get the same message.
I have a couple of thoughts and I'm a little gimpy recovering from surgery so I haven't done anything with it yet. I'm cleared next week so I can actually do some shit.
First thought is checking the ground on my plug and on the trailer.
Second thought is (bought he truck used), I have a compressor, air bag, tank, and horns where my spare is supposed to be. Could it be they used the constant and i think it's that pin, and the connection is going bad?
