The most obvious is that it was said in jjk0 before, by Yuuta to Rika.
However, to those who don’t know, we also have more information on this:
Gojo’s English VA said that it was a three word phrase
In the jjk0 light novel, the phrase is described to be ‘embarrassing’
Gege confirmed that these words have never been said between them before
In the jjk0 manga, Geto blushes after Gojo says this.(It was edited out of the anime. HMMMM) Now I’ve seen deniers say that this is from blood loss. ANIME CHARACTERS DO NOT BLUSH FROM FUCKING BLOOD LOSS. WHAT.

Potential Explanation: Geto after nearly dying to pure love beam bled to death before Gojo appeared and Gojo briefly started spiraling, never having gotten to say goodbye, and unable to accept his death, accidentally cursed him and his mouth is like that so he can never say goodbye.
Potential Explanation 1.5: Same as one but Gojo didn't curse him, him simply dying from bleeding out, with so many regrets, his need to see Gojo again and stay with him till his last moments, makes him into a vengeful cursed spirits.
Potential Explanation 2: Geto bled to death after Toji left him to die and Gojo found him while still fresh off the high of enlightenment which immediately comes crashing down as he sees a dead Geto, sending him way over the edge, and cursing him to become a Vengeful Cursed Spirit
Now he's probably just Geto but much stronger, much more CE, and potentially an evolved cursed spirit manipulation, maybe he can eat sorcerers and gain their techniques (That sounds like Rika)
