Just got home from Daisy Chain
The lack of cell service and no WiFi was really shitty and concerning when trying to meet back up with people. Couldn’t find my friends for so long 😭 Even the staff (who had dedicated WiFi for themselves) were having connectivity issues seemingly.

Just got home from Daisy Chain - skipped her set but…
She did that thing again where she berates people in the audience for not “having enough fun” during her performance 🙄. I was riding the carousel when I heard her go “Standing with ur arms folded? Are you grumpy?”

Uh oh 🥲 one of the DCF food vendors is owned by racists?
People in the DaisyChainFestival sub are saying that Prince St Pizza, one of the food vendors that will be at DCF, is owned by racists. Sounds like the racist founders/owners stepped down from being public facing but still financially benefit from the company 🫤. Some attendees are calling for their removal.

My sister got tix to Daisy Chain Fields and asked me to go with her (she has chronic health stuff so likes to have a buddy). While I am excited to see The Breeders and Santigold, I’m very much not looking forward to the Chappell worship I expect to be subjected to 🥲.
