NS ESA ?? Help

If you report a change of circumstance like "unemployed" after SSP has ended and you have already signed a Claimant Commitment what happens?

Apparently my previous employer did not submit and SSP form... so it stalled the claim.... told to forget about it.

Just hope I won't be expecting another phonecall or it has triggered anything.. like a WFI.???. I applied on June 12th no payments yet.... also if your fit note runs out in a few days will they call you?, to chase up.. so confusing as spoken to different agents. not sure what is going on..

NSESA - Help!

Applied for NSESA back in June 12th

- Had phonecall on 25th June - Claiment commitment and ID check.

- Another random phonecall - asking again to complete another claiment commitment.

- Called helpline who told me to ignore it and the DWP text in July. so confused does ESA work like this?, they said to keep uploading fit notes and wait for letters.

Any help appreciated??

advice ? ESA

Hello, Thanks for your help, I applied to NS ESA. I don't get UC.
I was given an appointment for a phone call for my claimant commitment. What should I expect? What will happen during the call? What question will they ask me?.

If I miss it what happens (I am dylexic and have asked repeatedly for RA's).... due to processing....issues and MH. The lady was rather stern and said the claim may not be able to continue if I don't answer?.... will they like do a core visit?.

ESA?

Very confused.....

Had two calls yesterday one ESA man, said claim was fine and said future appointments can be done on the phone and second was a lady wanting me to confirm details etc..... and if I didn't attend they can't move the claim forward....

Is this normal.... timeframe.. for a telephone appointment to be scheduled for the following month.. or is DWP system make mistakes when date setting??

The confusing part here is I had no notice of these and the second one seemed more urgent after I received a text for an appointment the following month.....

Is this time frame normal??.

ESA - Sick Note (Fit) What happens next?

If your fit note expires... at the beginning of next month and you can't get another one whilst waiting for ESA to contact you what happens next?... not sure if my gp is likely too, is 30 days standard? timing.

Do the DWP contact your Dr or ask to see you records after you have claimed to make an informed decision?

How does this work next? and does the fit note have to match the descriptions on your application?

Not sure if applied for the correct benefit? ESA "New Style"

So I was unwell, a few months ago and told to apply for new style ESA... due to mental health reasons and severe anxiety...... I am not sure if the Dr will issue me a fit note. and I am currently waiting for an ASD asessment. I feel pretty hopeless with this all as I don't want to go to the Job Center and lost my job at the end of last year. Due to my anxiety the JCP feels me with so much fear..... even a call from them. Claim commitments etc. It is stressing me out as I received a text about them contacting me within 14 days...... How long is the award for? and is attending the JCP mandatory. any advice.... on Reasonable adjustments would be welcome and can it be closed via post?. Being Neurodivergent this is stressing me out.

So, I have been referred to my local mental health team about 4 weeks ago after visiting the Dr for mental health help and heard nothing and then on the NHS APP something pops up randomly. (Request for Futher Care (8H...) Coded Entry.. (Hospital Referral for Futher Care) then Note: xyzna (Mental Health Clinic).

Is this standard Gp systerm one code or is something more fishy going on, sent a few emails back and forth and all and they just confirm it as code. Any help or advice would be appreciated.

If it is not clear then what does this mean, hope it's not a planned admission? Worrying my socks off here. (NHS READ Code Systermone/Snomed).
