Still a student pero I'm really into gaming. Is there a PC under 15k that I can use for academics and gaming?

I'm a student council and in charge of the school paper club in our school. Recently, the girl I NEVER EVEN DATED stopped talking to me because of a turn off. As a result, I slowly lose focus, and I couldn't get my work done. I spend most of the time thinking about what happened and doom scroll on social media as a distraction which made me drift away from ny responsibilities. Any advice?
