I ordered lunch and watched on the app as the delivery driver drove past my house, then doubled back, passed it again and then a 3rd time. I messaged through the app to help and then, as I saw their tracker showing them 2 roads away, I see DELIVERED!
I check outside in case the tracking was off… nothing. I contact customer support and am told “they couldn’t reach your property so left it in a sensible place”.
I decide to take a trip to the last location the tracking recorded and what do I find? My order dumped in the road.
