Where To Start. I'm 22yo 140lbs 6ft1, I want to better myself
My body is always in pain and I feel weak. I have never really enjoyed crazy weight lifting or getting super big so calisthenics seems like the way to go for me. Where should I start, how to build a proper workout routine. Is there any influencers or YouTube channels that are helpful for starting out? I have done a little bit of research on what calisthenics is and the Physique I would like to achieve. Also I learned that there was body physique categories and I guess I am what is called Ectomorph. Is there specialized workouts for that build? Or does me being that skinny Just make progression harder? I do have a very High metabolism and gaining weight has always been a problem.
Any tips or if people could point me in the right direction it would be greatly appreciated thank you!
