So i found both the 5700x and i5 12600k at the same price, i have a 32gb ddr4 corsair vengeance lpx 3200mhz sitting, so i wanna build a gaming rig around that, wondering what to choose between these two cpu, i plan to pair it with 9070xt and 1440p monitor.

I picked some of the parts for dirtcheap used and working properly, my only issue now is to find a good case with good airflow as in my country not much to choose from because we mosltly have raidmax and ocypus cases, i found msi forge 320r airflow to be the cheapest for me, is it good enough for my setup??

i have a deepcool cg530 4fans wich i added 3 fans to it, the problem is i have conencted all the fans to the hub supplied with the case but only the three on the side appear on bios and hwinfo but the ones below the gpu and the rear exhaust one dont appear at all therefore their speed cannot be controlled
any idea what i did wrong ?

im 37 years old male that enjoy lifting and i hang drywall as my job, so i started losing grip strength in my right arm as it gives up so early than my left hand, i started then experiencing elbow pain, similar as tennis elbow pain location then a ganglion cyst appeared in my wrist and its painful to bend my wrist, when i extend my arm its painful and when i bend it its painful too, cant rotate my wrist without pain and well and i extend my arm and fingers i feel that my fingers get so tight and have this tingeling esp on the pinky.
is this cubitaltunnel ?
i went to several doctors and they gave me no clear answer, some say its tendonisis ,some says tennis elbow idk, any insight would be much appreciated as this started to affect my mood mental health
