Insoles or No Insoles

Yeah yeah.

I went to my local running store to ask something else. Nothing running related. Literally was trying to get info on the store across them if they would open again or they were closed for good.

After 30 minutes and some conversations. Ended up buying Currex Insoles. Low profile for neutral.

What’s everyone’s input on this topic? Do you run with insoles or do you skip them all together?

What is recommended?

Sunglasses Recommendations

Like the title says…

Could you share your thoughts, opinions, recommendations and/or suggestions on sunglasses brand and/or models that come to your mind when talking about sunglasses to use when you run.

There are so many variables to consider.

They need to be ventilated? Do you wear a hat or not when running and how to these fit with a hat on? Do you need them to have holes so they ventilate as you run?

Share with me your favorite ones.

Purchasing iPad from Marketplace Experience

Looking online came across a 13” iPad Pro M5 1TB NT cellular+wifi brand new in sealed box for $1,899.

Obviously, it is not the greatest deal like the guy that got one from a seller for $1,200 (lol) but the seller was willing to send a photo of the IMEI and S/N.

Checked on Apple’s website and it shows the AppleCare ”clock” started a couple of days ago. This could mean that it was purchased at Apple store then.

What am I missing? What else to ask or look for to avoid being scammed?

Tried Swappa and it was an epic and capital letter F. This would be my first device buying not directly from Best Buy or Costco which are authorized retailers.

To Screen Protect or not to Screen Protect

Shall you install on your iPad Pro a screen protector and if you do, does it affect the quality of the screen, the blacks, the OLED, blah blah blah…? Or go bare to get the best quality out of your screen… that expensive screen that you paid for?

We are talking about standard glass, correct?

Boston Clogs Fitting Question

Thanks all in advance for your input.

Recently, I visited my local Birkenstock store to try on some Boston’s Clogs.

I own a pair of classic Arizona and one pair of Big Buckle Arizona. Being the last one, I reach out for the most.

I always think: if you had to travel and only bring one pair, which one would you bring? Helps to narrow down the indecisiveness in me.

Now, I want to purchase my first Boston but upon trying them on at the store, I immediately noticed a few things:

- The sole feels “harder” and “thinner” than the Arizona’s.
- Choosing the same size as the Arizona’s, my foot touches the front of the clog almost the entire time

- They are very “large” in width and height despite being “narrow”

I am not to wear my Arizona’s with socks but I do like to wash them when their footbed tend to get dirty. Considering that it would not be possible to do this with the Boston’s, is it recommended to go up a size because you are wearing them with socks and will the socks help for the footbed not to get as dirty?

Thank you for your assistance!

Moissanite Tennis Bracelet - Recommendations?

Hi there!

I have been extensively looking for a moissanite tennis bracelet. Most ones that I find are gold plated, silver, etc.

I am looking for surgical grade stainless steel with moissanite. Any ideas, suggestions, links, advice?

Thanks for your time :)

So, there are some items of clothing that are easily interchangeable.

It started with a t-shirt I bought, I thought it was women’s to later have found out it was men’s. I truly paid no mind to it. Maybe more like Unisex.

Few weeks ago, I came across a Milano Ribbed Jacket at the store At the entrance of the fitting room by the “sales rack” and I tried it on, loved it. Oversized fit but I wanted a second color in a specific size. I asked for a different size and they said they didn’t have it. Somehow for whatever reason, I felt they did have it and they looked incorrectly so searching for it, to my surprise, it was men’s! Then in front of them, a beautiful cardigan in like a salmon color and on sale. Got them all!

Last but not least, from their final sale as-is purchased an Airism t-shirt that I had tried on and that it fit well. Needed some rolling of the sleeves but great material. Come to find out when I get home, it was also men’s…

Still got it! And I’m over it. Last weekend, I visited the store again. When you take the elevator, it brings you up to the second floor by the men’s section. And sure enough, another cardigan in Milano. Loved it. *What is going on!?* They have beautiful pieces, on SALE, great fabrics, for “men’s”.

I have accepted it… I truly appreciate the fabrics, the cuts, the “oversized” looks, the thickness of the materials and the “sale” prices of the men’s. I want to embrace it but women’s sizing is as confusing as it can get; imagine now adding men’s too.

What do you typically purchase from one side that you may purchase from the other and what are your sizes?

For example, I purchased last weekend more Airism t-shirts. I am an S oversized in men’s but I am an XL in women’s. *No common sense*

Recently purchased them in 65 Blue color size 27.

At first, they were “baggy”. I fit into the 26 but these were more comfortable when sitting down for long periods of time.

Wore them yesterday and today when put them on, I noticed immediately that they got very loose from when I first wore them.

Planning on washing them and drying them in the W&D as usual even though is cotton.

Would like to get anyone’s opinion on sizing and wear on these. I debated between the 26 and 27. The fabric is 100% cotton and they are the perfect fabric yet I did not anticipate this much stretch during wear. Almost to the point that went from baggy looking to “too big” looking in all the not so right places. Like a size too big.
