What is causing my Internet Outages over and Over again??

My Setup - Dream Machine Pro, 48 Port POE Max switch, lots of unifi cameras, doorbell and many APs. lots of 2.5 switches as well behind TVs.

For a few months now I have had internet outages over and over again. Up to 10 times a day. Was with Bell (Ontario). 3 Modems, multiple tech visits and no solution.
Today I switched providers and having the same issue.

Receive error messages over and over about cameras disconnected / reconnected. Just terrible reliability.

I have had Bell set to Auto, PPPOE no difference.

My current cable internet provide modem is on bridge. Out over and over today.

Im certain its a setting in my dream machine.

The Modem / IPS logs are clean. The unifi logs show Internet disconnected. Also multiple packet loss codes.

This all happened a few months ago. System was solid previously. I feel like I may have changed settings something.... Can't figure it out its driving me insane.

What would be the Most Stable Internet Settings??? I don't want auto reboot, ping tests, ... Just On.

Can anyone help? Should I format my Dream Machine and start over?? Really don't want to.

From Cogeco To Bell Back to Cogeco

I had Cogeco 2 gig. It worked fine. Was Very Stable. Epico was terrible.

I switched the Bell Fibe for the Television. Turns out Bell sucks too. Not as stable.

going back to Cogeco - My Question is two fold. Can I still get a Cogeco HD Box or is Epico the only Option?

Also Does Cogeco have anything faster than 2 gig

Bell Service Down Daily. Is this Common? Last chance before I go back to old ISP

Hello All
Currently have Bell 3 gig and Fibe with lots of Channels.
When it works it's incredible. Fast stable and I love the Television.

I have a unifi setup at home with Dream machine Router and Many APs throughout the House. All Media is wired. This system worked 100% stable with my old ISP.

Since switching to Bell my network goes offline daily mutliple times per day. I have had my modem swapped out 3 times. Tech came out and said light signal was not good but made some adjustments and now no errors show.

I know it's Bell and not my system because the Bell Wifi also goes offline periodically. Not as often as my system but still daily.

Is this Normal with Bell? Nobody seems to be able to give me an answer.

Anyone else have problems with Bell / Unifi setup? I have tried both Auto connect and also PPPOE which is incredibdly slow and also not stable.

Thanks

My Bell Goes offline Daily ! Is it just me?

I have Bell Fibe 3G.
Running to a relatively high end unifi network at the home.

I previouly had cable at 1 gig. My Cable (Cogeco) NEVER went down. Every.

Every day my bell goes offline. Sometimes a few times a day for a few min and sometimes for 20 min at a time. Sometimes it never goes back online and requires a physical reset or unplug.

Is it just me? Is it my system? Bell can't give me an answer. I just need to know if anyone else has this issue? Should I be cheking my network (Has been rock solid previoiusly)

How do you watch Bell Fibe? Navigating is such a Pain

I switch to bell internet a few months ago along with Bell Fibe.

Overall I'm happy. Internet is fast and pic quality on Fibe is great. I use the Bell Fibe app on Apple TVs.

The problem is when I'm watching 2 sports games at once. How do you flip back and forth?? So annoying. Have to press menu, go to guide, find the other channel, over and over again.

Are their any shortcuts I'm missing for previous channel? Does the App work better maybe on the TV instead of through apple TV?

Can you actually enter TV Channel Buttons on the TV app?

What is the best way to watch Bell? (Outside of using their terrible android Box... Its ass)

From 2022 Frame to Q8F - Using Slim Mounts

Hello

I am replacing a 2022 Frame with a Q8F both 85inch.

The Frame right now is mounted using the included slim wall mount.

I would LOVE to just swap out the mount on the tv and hang the Q8F using the same wall brackets and not have to move them. Not finding much info online.

Will I be able to swap the brackets on the TV and simply mount using the same brackets?

2023 Frame - 75" and 85" are the slim fits the same distance

Very specific question. My 75 inch Frame is broken. I want to move my 85" from one room to another room but really dont' want to move mounts and re screw,. .....

I'm using the same slim mounts for both televisions that came with the frames.

Are the 75 and 85 inch slim mounts the same distance apart? Basically my question is can I remove the 75 and replace it with the 85 without much effort? Do I have to move the mounts wider or is a standard distance apart?

I am in Ontario and Have Bell Fiber.

Almost Daily the network cuts out sometimes for minutes sometimes for seconds but it is annoying the crap out of me. I was away last week and couldn't access my cameras / alarm and wasn't happy.

Looking to get a Cell Backup - If i call my provider and get a sim what unifi hardware would I need to backup my network / internet?

I currently have a Dream Machine Pro, 48 Poe switch, NVR with lots of cameras, .... All the good stuff.

My Bell Modem is in 1 Wan on Dream Machine and the other is empty. I would want instant internet and never be down.

Thanks!
