Walking recommendations

I am normally a Peloton Bike+ rider hitting it for 50 minutes every weekday morning. However I have a couple trip coming up that will take me away from the bike for over three weeks. Ten days in the Seattle area (Snohomish) and the LA area (Brea) for two weeks. As such it appears walking will be my only cardio options. What do you recommend for 30-60 minute walks using the Peloton app on my iPhone with AirPods? My wife does HIIT classes but I am more just walking or the bike. Of note, I typically select my bike workouts based on the music with first preference being Classic Rock.

Allen police chief shares update on city's automated license plate reader program.

There was a post here five months ago asking about these cameras. Cool, "The Allen Police Department has sharing agreements for Flock Safety ALPRs with over 1,500 other agencies and sharing agreements for Motorola Solutions ALPRs with over 3,000 other agencies, the presentation stated."

I am retired from the AF and about to again retire (next year) from my current position with a large defense company. Life has treated me very well and I have been lucky (I guess) with my claims process and overall I do not need to work in retirement. However as I have been thinking about what I want to do in retirement I keep coming back to wanting to give back to the veteran's community. When I look at what that means I think I want to become a VSO. Can anyone tell me what that looks like? I sent my county veterans service office an email and asked them about becoming a VSO, there or wherever. I don't necessarily have to be with a large organization like the VA itself or DAV/VFW/American Legion but rather go where the need is. I have seen VSO's comment here so would appreciate any guidance or feedback on how I can help.

I have seen several posts asking about Tricare here and on r/Veteransbenefits recently (tried posting this there but was auto deleted). I suspect it is happening because something has happened to r/Tricare and the single moderator has disappeared from both Reddit and that sub. I am trying to figure out how to request to take it over via Reddit but having a few issues at the moment. Hopefully I will be successful and take it over and get it running again so folks can discuss the many issues with Tricare there as it is more specific.

I am trying to submit a request to take over a community, r/tricare, that has one moderator who has not been active on Reddit or the sub in a very long time. I am following with directions to submit my request in r/redditrequest but when I post it says the post was auto removed by Reddit filters (I think that is the wording). Not sure what I am doing wrong but it is obviously something. I moderate a couple others and this was a very active sub that needs revived. Doing this via an iPad and iOS.
