Surgery

So hey guys I decided to do surgery and got septoplasty and turbinoplasty and posterior nasal nurectomy. God it's been 20 days and I still feel so restricted. Doctor said its more complicated than normal surgeries and then he assured me that all my things are intact and I won't be getting ens. Does anybody know how many days it takes for healing. Also I have got a thorat stuck feeling acc to doctor it's due to mucus backwashing. Any ody got any idea?

Just wanted to ask

Guys

If my turbinates are normal size and preserved

Mucosa lining is healthy and functional

No scarring

Normal healing on ent examination

What are the chances of developing ens later

Don't be rude guys I'm really sorry but I'm little anxious person :(

Headachessss

I have headache and nose blockage(my sinuses are clear) and my turbinates are swollen. My doctor thinks it must be due to contact points or inflammation in nose. Now I got the surgery done and I still have those headaches idk whats happening and thinking this is for life 😭😭. It's across my forehead and sometimes it switches places above my headache shit. It's mainly pressure feeling. It's sometimes gets very less, sometimes more keeps on increasing and decreasing and switching places.

What caused my turbinates to grow

So actually when I stopped vaping and smoking, I was getting recurrent colds, and then I got a sinus infection. Also, at that time, I think I had acid reflux. After some time, this turned into chronic nasal blockage for me, and later I found out it was due to a very mild deviated septum and turbinate hypertrophy.

I don't think I have allergies, and the only problems I had were nasal blockage and headaches/heaviness due to inflammation in my nose and nasal passages (my sinuses were clear). So I don't know what caused the turbinates to grow. Was it non-allergic rhinitis (I don't have allergies), or was it the smoking, recurrent colds, sinus infection, and acid reflux?

If I get surgery, would I need a revision surgery later, or would I still get the headaches?

Idk what's happening 😭

Well actually my turbinates had swollen, due to which I got chronic nasal blockage. Now, according to my doctor, that caused post-nasal drip, which irritated my throat. I also get a feeling like something is stuck in my throat, along with a little breathlessness and sometimes chest heaviness.

To relieve all this, I burp, and it helps for a second, but the feeling is still there. According to my doctor, I don't have acid reflux or LPR—it's just due to chronic nasal blockage and mouth breathing.

What do you all think this is? 😭
