So im a fast food employee a shift lead and I developed a crush on an employee so anyways i started giving her fuck me eyes yk what I mean right when you look at someone with desire and she started to pick up on it so fast forward to the next day I out of habit not on purpose do it again and conveniently she’s scheduled to 6am and me 4am she asks the manager if she can get off at 4am and asks me for a ride home earlier in the shift I told her I wanna ask you some thing but I’ll ask you later so anyways we both get off at 4 she asks me for a ride home we get in my car and she starts telling me so what’s that thing you wanted to ask me I hesitate at first than she pressures me into saying it so I said I was gonna ask you out she didn’t seem surprised she said yea I could see it it’s the way you’d look at me is what made it obvious and she then said she’d accept but I’d have to drop the shift lead position which is fine i was out regardless bc of school but my boss begged me to stay so i moved to one day a week to stay in the roster, when i dropped her off at her home she then gave me her number. I have the absolute green light I think what do yall think where shall i invite her out to what should i do

What do yall go off of or what criteria do yall follow when choosing your shift leaders and hiring shift leaders externally? Do yall get full discretion besides market leader approval?
