My elderly disabled mother (75) is currently paying £94 tv and sport which is extortionate and can no longer afford it and have said they won’t let her cancel (doesn’t have a contract btw) and will continue to charge her and implement fines until they are paid. Any advice? Anyone been in a similar situation?
Edit - Direct Debit has been cancelled so they aren’t getting any money.
